Red rocks is a 50 basic campground with few amenities. Bring leveling blocks. He has a beautiful area and a pleasure to have close campsite.

Easy to make a reservation. Map of campground and pictures of individual camp sites were very helpful. Calandar made it easy to see what campsites were available on specific days.

If you like the sound of constant gunfire going off in the distance, and stunt planes flying around above you, this is the place for you. The campsites were okay. The Sun shelter was a nice touch. You could literally hear your neighbors talking in their normal voice. Not a horrible place to camp, but many others are much better.

My only complaint is the horrific potholes at the entrance to the campground which are so numerous and teeth rattling and cannot be avoided because there are so many. For something that can be so simply remedied, allowing this to continue when people are towing RVs into the campground is ridiculous.

Quiet, nice view, close to many trails.

Nice setting and proximity to the Canyon. Glad the weather wasn't too hot yet. Very nice stay, thank you.

We had a lovely stay for two night. Sadly our site had no shade structure, but the site was beautiful and close to very clean vaults and water hydrants. People were very peaceful and quiet.

I stayed two nights at two different sites with truck and 32' travel trailer RV. First night site 17 worked fine. Second night site 13 worked out even better, a little more space and nicer layout for my situation. The area is beautiful and easy access to west Las Vegas for the afternoon. Did do the 13 mile scenic drive which is very near by and that was very nice.

Stayed one night.

Some spots are flat with covers, and some are awful, ours was awful spot 38. Also, the online reservation system is clumsy. Would only accept our America the Beautiful pass for one night. Unfortunately, its the only option for Red Rock.

What a beautiful campground and the scenery is spectacular. Got a bit windy and saw a couple of tents fly by that were not staked down. Would stay here again if in the area.

Campsite as described, nice table and shade cover, good space between sites, desert scenery and some wind, nice campsite, quiet at night

Really easy access to this site and close to restrooms. The site was very clean.

This is the third time we've spent a night at this campground. Though a very open campground the sites are spaced far enough apart that you don't feel as though you are just in a parking lot. The pit toilets are kept clean and even have a light inside for night. Only complaint is it has no directional signs indicating what site numbers are down each lane.
@JIMB8977280 · Camped on Mar 25, 2026 at Campsite #16
Nice campsites with metal canopies, concrete slabs, grills, fire pits, and sandy tent pads. Greatly appreciated the fact that all bathrooms are cleaned every morning.

Very noisy with OHV driving around kicking up dust till 1am. No toilet paper in outhouses either.

Restrooms very clean. I really like some of the paintings inside the restrooms. Keep up the great work.

The site was vary uneven. I had to jack up my trailer so much that the left tire was completely off the ground by at least 8 inches. It was also a very tight sight to get in and out of.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
