Excellent Spot, Amazing View! Restroom could be a little more cleaner. Other than that we had an Amazing time with the family.

Was expecting better,360 views of every camper, hear gun range all day, not many stars, to much light from Vegas. Did have clean pit toilets though.

Great Fall/Winter camping in the Vegas area!

Check in was super simple and my tent site was great. The vault toilets were well maintained/stocked so in the grand scheme of campground bathrooms, not bad. The only downside to this campground is that there are no showers. I would definitely stay here again and just plan better in advance to get a day pass at a gym or something for when I need to shower. Overall a great experience.

Nice campground, relatively quiet. 1/2 Tenters, 1/2 RV's. The only real issue is there has been little effort to level the parking pads, most are way off level as in 5 lego blocks to level the trailer side to side. The tent pads though have all been perfectly leveled. It wouldn't take much to have a tractor remove the high spots on the parking pads, they don't have to be perfect just close. Cell service will depend on your phone and/or booster. Sprint coverage was limited to 1x using my iPhone/iPad, no data. With my dedicated MiFi hotspot I could get 4G and 10mbps so your experience can vary widely. The park is close to Summerville and Las Vegas but it seems in a completely different world. Red Rock Canyon Loop is just a couple miles down the road. The dedicated RV area (no tents) has a very strange set up, basically it's just a place to pull off the road with a picnic table, it's like camping at the end of a dirt cul d' sac. The regular campground is much better as long as you don't mind having to spend extra time leveling your trailer. RV's also need to be aware that they are likely taller than the shelters, more than one looked like it had been hit.

Red Rock Canyon a beautiful place, there’s plenty of room, with awesome views. The campsites are well maintained. I really enjoyed my time here.
