After searching the entire website to move my campsite without success, I called the support line and waited on hold for more than 40 minutes. When I finally reached someone, she informed me that she couldnt assist. I ended up leaving the campground, and when I returned, someone else had already occupied the site I had reserved. It was too late in the evening for a host to resolve the issue. Frustrated, I left and was unable to enjoy my stay.

Where do i start. We have a 35ft 5th we made our reservations in January and we were put in a site on the side of the road. The road was so unlevel we were unable to get our auto leveler to level the unit. It was like living in a fun house...but not fun. We had to walk up an incline to get to the firepit and table. It was 6PM so we decided to do the scenic route came back went to bed (had to reverse the covers so our heads weren't heading down). Got up at 5:30 AM ....didn't stay the second night and left. Worse experience. We even went to the office but apparently the campground was full.

Beautiful campsite, accessible, and fantastic. But the campground was clearly suffering from staff cuts and other budget cuts. Bring your own toilet paper. Theyre running out

This is a nice campground very near Las Vegas and Red Rock Canyon NCA.The campground is exposed and we had fairly high winds during our visit that flattened our tent a number of times, but everything was fine. The metal sides on the firepits could be higher for windy times, but there is not a lot of brush around the campsites that could easily catch fire. All the bathrooms are modern pit toilets and water is easily available.

Very nice campground managers, very nice clean bathroom. Pleasantly surprised at the lack of light/noise pollution. Only ding to this site is that there is a shooting range in the canyon that you can hear during the day.

We had a great time. The bathrooms were clean as well as the campsite. The camp hosts were nice and friendly. As far as desert camping goes it was amazing.

Great campsite and facilities; its close enough to town to get supplies and easy to access the scenic loop and get to the many hikes and sights of Redrock. The major caveat; wind. The wind was very strong, enough to slightly bend our tent poles. Other tents were knocked over and blown away by wind, so bring good stakes and a means to hammer them into the hard earth, or you may be in for a rough time.In addition, if cooking, have a means to protect your food from gusts of wind and dust. Bring a lid for your pans or cast iron, or have another means to prevent dirt and sand from ruining your meals.

1. Cars allowed in group campground should be at the very least 10 vehicles. Charging 20.00 per night per extra vehicle in overflow parking is just ridiculous. Who pickets that money? The host? 2. Having to close and open the gate every entry time for 150 + guests of us group campers in and out multiple times is just lazy on your part (the 2 hosts) and pushing your problem onto the campers. The reason is because you say there are people who just try to illegally camp in our group sites Then YOU monitor that if it really is a problem. 3. Doing a nightly drive by the group aites and determining that there are too many vehicles is just a odd way to check compliance. Why not check vehicle parking tabs before accusing group campers if having too many vehicles? Then you would have to get out of your car ti check that hmmmmm Group sites are allowed to have guests. Its your job to check before you accuse them. 4. One bathroom open when there are two is a covid requirement? Really? I would aay it is a super spreader event for us to have 60 people crammed into using one toilet. What a stinky mess using one latrine -the smell in the campground is unbelievable and could be mitigated by having both toilets open and cleaned properly

Most sites of sunshades and semi-flat parking spots, but its located in an area that is a bit exposed to the elements, such as wind. Very clean bathroom and attentive staff. Read the rules before you come (ie. only 2 cars at a site) to avoid confrontation. Reserve ahead of time. Otherwise, great location, within a couple miles of the park entrance but you need to drive there.

Restroom was very clean although only one was opened at this time due to COVID. The campsites are really close together and are pretty small. Still a cool campground though. I was just really happy the restrooms did not stink at all!

All amenities were very nice restrooms were clean. Red Rock Canyon NP is about 3 miles away. Nice loop through the National Park. No cell service or internet. Very peaceful and quiet experience. Site 40 was big enough for our Keystone Cougar 25 RESWE & Chevy 2500HD.
