The campground is obviously well taken care of however it does need a camp host present to help with same day reservation's/arrivals. Attempting to navigate the online system and use the onsite deposit envelopes leaves a window open for mistakes/misunderstandings that a camp host could either prevent or resolve quickly. Nice facilities overall. Restrooms are clean. Showers need some work with fixture maintenance and repair.

Great sites and very friendly staff. This is our 5th spring trip in a row and that staff and campsites are always awesome. Even got some cell service this year!!

Beautiful campground that is well-maintained. They should consider modifying the RV generator policy so campers arent sipping their morning coffee next to a loud generator. Other than that it was great!

Excellent in EVERY way. The camp host helped me transfer my reservation to a new date. The site was awesome: clean, convenient, and scenic! A great place to camp!

The sites and pit toilets were clean and well-maintained, there was plenty of water available, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Found a scorpion under the tent, which was cool.

Camped here to experience Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and as a stop over before going to Death Valley NP. Great choice. Quiet, no generator campground. Beautiful views. We had rain and winds that put a damper on our stay but we will plan to visit again. No water available during our stay due to a contract dispute but we were able to get enough water at the RRCNCA to tide us over. Restrooms plentiful and clean. Camp hosts very helpful.

Bathrooms are only pit toilets .... but they are kept far cleaner than any other campground bathroom I've ever seen. Camp sites are well spaced and the campground is quiet.

Nice campground right outside of Las Vegas. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Clean pit toilets!

The host was friendly, and the toilets were very clean. Great location next to Red Rock Canyon Park and close to Las Vegas.

What a great campground! The hosts are fantastic and go out of their way to help out if you need anything. It is in a gorgeous setting and there is not a bad site in the bunch.

The camp site #12 is nice spot, not too far but not too close to the bathroom. You get good sunlight in the morning which is very helpful when youre staying during winter cold mornings. The table and fire pit seating area is big enough for a family. Its close to the visitor centre, we were able to use our e-bikes from the campground all the way to the scenic drive. Overall, good experience!

It is quiet and above all, the view is good.I had the pleasure of watching the morning sunrise in the tent, and above all, it was nice to have a bonfire. I want to go again.

I stayed at the rrc campground for a few weeks this fall. For the most part it was a pleasant and hassle free. During my stay I did switch sites and this was bungled at every step by the campground hosts. I talked with them on the morning I was to move and they said they didn't show me moving, then that evening when I returned to camp. I needed to move. I talked to the same hosts that evening and they assured me they had straightened it out and that I could remain in the site and not move. Then the very next day when I returned I had been issued a citation for not moving my camp. I had asked them multiple times the night before if I could keep the site I was in and every time they said yes. Maybe they thought I was referring just to the one night but I asked if I needed to move in the morning and they said no, but yet I was issued a citation. I'm not sure if there's some kind of substance abuse situation or what, but these guys didn't seem to even recall our conversation from the night before.

Great site. The shelters over the picnic table are pretty cool. Nice stay. I will come back again. Red Rock Canyon Visitors Center in only 2 miles away. Nice drive through the park.
