I LOVED how much this campground became a cycling village that was so family friendly and inviting for the Wednesday Cades cove bikeride. IT was truly one of the most scenic, lovely experiences of my life.

Great stay, to ride bikes around the loop, on a Wednesday when cars are prohibited.

Campground was clean, quiet and level. Loved the easy access for the Bike the Loop Wednesdays to Cades Cove Loop. Unable to use Starlink due to tree cover and wish the campground offered showers.

The bike ride on Wednesday was amazing. But there are some very steep hills (both up and down). Take plenty of water and WEAR A HELMET!!!!!

Great campground- volunteers circulating and the rangers we checked in with were extremely friendly and helpful. Asked about our hiking plans and gave great advice. We were tent camping (lovely level tent pad) but it had a nice wide parking area. Bathrooms were very clean and I knew what to expect with no shower facilities. This site has one immediate neighbor which was fine as ours was not too rowdy, but other sides had trees and bushes for privacy and the woods across the way. Right near a water fountain with a spigot to fill up any basins/bowls/pots, and the bathroom on the other side of our neighbor. Great spot. :)

Chose the first spot in the campground because I was leaving early am and didnt want to disturb other campers with my truck starting. I arrived after the attendents station was closed but they came by the site and checked on me. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Was close to the Cove loop so easy to start hiking early the next morning. Would stay again.

As always, had a great time here. The park rangers were great with my 8 year old son. He completed the ranger book and they swore him in as a Jr. Ranger. He loved it.

Cades cove campground is in a great location & staff were very sweet people. Except that restrooms should have been cleaner & sanitized. Thats the only thing bothered me.

The sites have concrete parking surface, which is nice, and the road within the campground is well maintained. The sites are close together, and many of them dont have tree or shrub between for privacy. The bicycle concessioner repaired a busted tube for us, and while waiting, we had an opportunity to watch them - they were excellent.

Need WiFigreat place to camp and great place to walk and ride loop.

Campsites are nice and well maintained. Facilities are clean. No showers. The Wednesday closing of the loop trail to cars etc made for a very pleasant bike ride and allowed for time to visit the different exhibits.

Great campground! Clean and well maintained. So easy to do the loop and the associated trails when you are camped right there.

Great location and ultra quiet at night. The only drawback were the dates bathrooms
@StevenS1501716 · Camped on Jun 29, 2025 at Campsite #C16
Tent sit was perfect!! Right across from the nature trail! Only complaint is that our rest room had nothing to dry our hands off with!

The staff in the store were so nice. We have visited Cades Cove for over 20 years, but this was the first time we rode horses. The staff were so kind and so funny. Each one of them made our experience so much more enjoyable. Cades Cove is my home away from home and this experience, again this year, made me wish I could retire today and go to Cades Cove everyday! Forget the hustle of the big cities; give me the peace and serenity of the mountains any day.

At the time of my trip, the campground sounded like a construction zone at 7am. Probably quieter to have camped at Central Park. Bathrooms were clean and the campground hosts do a great job. Need more water spigots throughout the campground for people to use.

Great campsites for me and family in loop B at Cades Cove, right near Abrams Creek, the ranger office, and the camp store. We rented bikes and rode horses. We did the loop. Park staff very friendly and helpful.
@JohnT2915386 · Camped on Jun 24, 2025 at Campsite #B76
Campground nice, only issue is Cades Cove loop is extremely busy. Only suggest going on the loop very early in the morning.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
