This is a small, mostly wooded campground with large sites. Electric hookup was in good order and bathroom and showers were decently clean. There were two host sites but we never saw an actual host. One host site was an eyesore. There is only one dumpster and no pet waste stations. Noise travels. There was a noisy group of six and two had annoying hackles. There was no chance of communing peacefully in nature.

Beautiful and quiet campground, well-maintained. Nice distance between sites for privacy- the only negative was being able to hear a neighbors barking dog frequently. (Not on campground - in adjoining neighborhood.)

This is very nice clean NF campground. Bath houses were clean with hot water in the showers. Sites are level & spacious.

Cedar Point is a wonderful place to get away. The campground is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the trails at nearby Fort Macon and the beaches of Emerald Isle. There are a few good places in the town of Cedar Point, including 34 North and the VFW. This is our thrid trip to Cedar Point campground.

Small campground, big site. The artillery booms from a nearby base were a surprise. Loved being able to walk to the tidal trail.

When we arrived we asked the host if we could change sites to a First come First served site. We were told no. She said you had to reserve the site for 14 days. What?????? We had never heard of this before. During our three night stay, no one came in and reserved that site. There are not any rangers at this campground, only the hosts. We ended up staying at our original site. The sites are large and reasonably maintained. Bathrooms are clean. It is a basic campground.

Never been to a national park campground didn't know what to expect. It was a great experience host was helpful letting us know the process and answered question for future visits. Place was very well kept clean and quite. Simply just a great experience.

Cedar Point is a favorite campground. The access to the water just down the road is the main reason we love to come here. The kayaking is fabulous, the sunsets from the dock are some of the best we've ever seen. The campground is a tiny piece of the national forest right in the middle of an area with many restaurants, activities, and shops.

My husband and I were disappointed during our last stay. The toilet paper was not stocked in the men's bathroom and the bathroom didn't appear to be cleaned in awhile.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
