As always a great stay at Airport park. However the lack of park personal allows for things to run off the rails. They need to reestablish some one at the gate back to regular hours. That way the guy who drives around can get back to doing his job and keep every one safe and the park in some kind order.

Air park is a nice campground! The website to book a spot is not very good! Hard to navigate to find fulll hookup sites!

We had an incredible space to see the beautiful sunsets for two nights stay at Lake Waco. It was very windy during the day, calmed a bit at night. Peaceful. The park itself is not much there to see at least during our stay due to construction ongoing for Reno further down from Airport Park for the beach area. We never saw a person at the check in during our stay even during regular business days, as we came in and out, but there was a phone number posted if you had questions. Therefore, we did not have access to put tags on our rig. The city was only about a 15 min drive into town so we were able to enjoy the Waco Riverwalk (we enjoyed a packed picnic lunch along the way) as well as the Magnolia Silo area.

Sites 21 & 22 were great pull-through level waterfront sites.Site 28 was just steps from the shower house & has sewer. (No top to the picnic table on this one).The Men's showers could use more water pressure.I recommend a bike ride or walk along the south side of the Brazos River in downtown Waco by the Suspension Bride heading towards Cameron Park enjoying all the great sculptures of the "Sculpture Zoo" along the way. SO nice!!

Clean campsite and restrooms. Our spot was perfect for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our first time to camp in years and had a great time. We will be back soon

Wanted to go to this park from past reviews from a couple years ago. Had site #17 right on the water. No entrance gate attendant at 2pm on a Thursday. Tree in front of site #17 tore the antenna off my roof, and badly scraped A.C. Units.. Site had a lot of trash around it, and what looked like recent tree removals with big ruts/holes that were not leveled. Half the park was closed not sure why. This park has a lot of potential to be a great park, but parts of it look neglected.. Stay was okay, not sure if I would go back..

Stayed in February so very quite during the week. Can get noisy with the airport but also enjoyable watching the planes overhead.

It was a magnificent vacation. User friendly and highly maintained. My experience meet every expectation one could ever imagine. Definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend to other campers or someone wanting to try something new. Even was able to pick up local channels and have the convenience of about a six mile drive to town for goods.

This lake is beautiful and the sites are great. We chose this place because it's closest to my daughter who is in rehab at Lakeshore village nursing and rehab. I just wish we could stay longer then 2 weeks because she will be here for probablly 2 more weeks or more. It would be great if we could stay longer at this time of year when the park is nearly empty. A verypeaceful place.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
