It was a magnificent vacation. User friendly and highly maintained. My experience meet every expectation one could ever imagine. Definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend to other campers or someone wanting to try something new. Even was able to pick up local channels and have the convenience of about a six mile drive to town for goods.

This lake is beautiful and the sites are great. We chose this place because it's closest to my daughter who is in rehab at Lakeshore village nursing and rehab. I just wish we could stay longer then 2 weeks because she will be here for probablly 2 more weeks or more. It would be great if we could stay longer at this time of year when the park is nearly empty. A verypeaceful place.

Airport park is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay on the lake watching the planes fly over.

Beautiful park next to airport on Lake Waco. Some airplane noise during day, but quiet at night. Lake was full and looked gorgeous. Nice park, have already planned a return visit!

Site 25 backs up to the lake, good for bird watching. Sites are well spaced and level. Gate attendants were friendly and helpful.

We have loved our stay here at the park and, because we didn't book in advance, have had the experience of staying in several sites. All were great without exception.

The staff (Ashley and Travis) have been very helpful and we should do a shout-out to the maintenance team who do a terrific job cleaning and grooming the sites between guests.

We'll be back!

We spent 4 nights in site 25. It was nicely raked upon our arrival & water pressure was great! Lake was down, but it was still pretty. We liked the first two loops best as they were higher up off the lake. Not all sites have picnic table covers& some sites in each loop have FHU. We enjoyed seeing & hearing the planes takeoff & land

Everything was going good until Sunday. The people at the gate that was their Thursday Friday and Saturday were awesome. I like them very much but whoever worked on sunday Mean lady she was Very rude to us and other campers she. Does not need? To. Be? Working. There? With. Ya but other than that the weekend went well until Sunday.

Site backed up to the lake with ability to get to shoreline. Close to Waco to enjoy the sites. Airport noise was significant with wind direction but not bothersome. Would come back if in the area.

Beautiful Park. One oddity. Gates are locked at 10 pm. If you are out and come back later than 10, you have to leave your car outside the gate and walk in.

This is a great park. Whether you are just passing though or visiting for awhile. Park is easy to find (2nd turn, not the first which is the day area.) It is clean and well maintained. All spots have lake views. If they are not all on pavement, the spots are raked and clean. The hookups are in working order. Not really any airport noise. Only stayed one night. I wish it had been longer. Peaceful and pretty!

Stayed an unexpected 4 nights in an ice storm with overnight temps at 20. Staff very helpful about extending day by day as weather unfolded. Beautiful view and hookups in excellent condition.

Great park, great view and friendly campers. Spot 125 was a great lake view with beautiful sunsets. The park was very clean and well kept. Park personnel drove around periodically to check things out.

I was in spot# 25 at Airport Park. It was a nice back-in spot that was great for fishing. I love the waterfront spots so I don't have to walk too far to go fishing. The site was nice and clean. I just wish it had Sewer on-site.
