Sites are spaced out nicely, we stayed in sites 75 and 55.

Campground is a diamond waiting for some polish. Waco Lake campground has been neglected for a few years. The grass around the sites is always too high and the sites have not been cleaned when you get there. Upon arrival you can count on finding cigarette butts strewn everywhere, bottle caps, etc.. everywhere. At least they could rake the gravel around the tables to get the trash out of the way.

Our first visit to Waco and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Airport Park campground. It was very clean and had beautiful views of the lake.

Great park, have stayed there two times, check in attendant very pleasant both times. Near airport so can get a little noisy at times throughout the day. Plenty of things to do and see in Waco, we plan on Returning soon!

Great waterfront views, even from sites off the lake. Sites were level and easy to navigate. Bath house & restrooms were in bad shape.

Each site has a very nice distance between each other. We LOVED the full hookups, long paved driveway, cement patio and paved roads. The noise level from the airport is definitely an annoyance, especially the student pilots that go around and around. The disturbance from a nearby gun club and Space X rocket motor testing also added to the noise level. The staff keeps the sites extraordinarily clean, the gravel was even raked!

The bathrooms and the bathroom doors bathrooms we're not clean and the doors none of them locked some of them didn't even close

Large spacious sites with full hookups. Plenty of wildlife and to die for scenery sitting on lake Waco.
