Great campground. Level paved sites. Beautiful water views. Watched boats go through the lock. Highly recommend.

Love this place. On the water. Watch boats go through the lock. Fish from the walkway. Saw several snook being caught.

this is a great campground across Florida on the waterway between Ft. Myers and Stuart. It has great views - much better than private RV parks

This is an excellent RV site, Ive visited many times. The only reason, and its a big one, that I didnt give an excellent rating is because of the new speed bumps installed. This is complete overkill. The speed bumps are staggered across the road requiring almost a complete stop and many of them and they are very difficult to cross in an RV causing the vehicle to rock severely back and forth.

This campground is excellent. My only complaint is the attitude of the male attendant during our stay. He was very unfriendly and it felt like we were bothering him.

Camp host takes very good care of property. Always cleaning and checking grounds. Also friendly.

We very much like this campground. However, very concerning at this visit was the new offset speed bumps approaching the entrance. They cause torquing of our 36 foot Class A RV even when driving over at a crawl, potentially resulting in a wide range of damage. I understand having to slow down traffic, but i highly recommend redoing the speed bumps eliminating the offset.

We stay every winter and live this little park. Well maintained and love walking the little island park.

Such a beautiful & peaceful campground directly on the canal. The facilities are clean and beautifully maintained. The volunteer at the gate was friendly and helpful. This is a campground that we always look forward to coming back to.

Hate the miserable speed bumps on the entrance road.How about banning the speeders from entering. Why should the many be punished because of the few.

Beautiful park some low lying trim limbs. Bathrooms are clean.

Place was beautiful it doesn't get any better. The road coming in has speed bumps like no where else, they jar the camper so bad doors open because there off set and are redundant ever crawling across them. They are so bad I dont know if we will go back there!

This was our second stay at W.P. Franklin N. Such a beautiful campground. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The sites are level and have beautiful views of the water. Restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the tour of the Ford and Edison Estates and also the Babcock Eco tour in Fort Myers. We hope to be back!

Last minute booking for 3 nights at 3 different sites. Volunteer staff helped coordinate the moves to the next site very well. This is our favorite campground in the area, and is pretty close to our home base. Its always well maintained, clean, etc. This visit, early March, there were quite a few flying insects, not mosquitos, probably a spring blooming. Im sure we will return as often as we can.

Nice campground, the sites were a little crowded but the main reason we didn't enjoy it was because the bugs were terrible. We couldn't go outside without being swarmed by some sort of non biting bug.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
