If you are looking for a peaceful serene location this is it. Youre in a good mood the minute you wake up in the morning and look out over the lake. The sites were spacious the restroom and shower area was clean and available. I will definitely return

Great campground with large sun filled sites. Clean showers and facilities. The host Andrew was rude on multiple occasions to campers and day use visitors. Hosts should be welcoming not stalking campers for no good reason.

One of my favorite places, but I wish they had not removed the washers and dryers from the campground. It is difficult to park at a lot of commercial laundromats, and such places also worry me because of COVID. Having laundry facilities in a campground make things a lot easier.

The campground was super clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly. There were a lot of people with pets including us. Which means the occasional bark when people are walking their animals. If that’s a problem for you I would reconsider. The entire park is only about 1/2 mile long so a lot of people walk round’s including us with our pets.
Coming in before sun uo and sun down there is a gate with a code. A lifting inconvenience since u have to manually get out and open the lock and gate but also nice that not just anyone can come in whenever they want and go fish at the pier.
Would recommend this campground and would visit again.

Very quiet campground. Well maintained sites. Bathroom/showers are clean and plenty of hot water. If you are looking for the "wilderness" camping experience, this is not what you will find here. Would stay again.

Missy, the volunteer Camp Host was fantastic and a real asset.The Park is maintained beautifully and its surroundings and position was perfect.Very highly recommended

Having been here many,many times the facility is always fantastic. If you've never been here you must try it,it;s always mostly occupied and in the winter month's kinda hard to get into,so that tells ya it very good plus the Host's are always FANTASTIC.

We love this campground and use it as a base to visit the beaches of Barefoot Preserve, Lovers Key, Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva.
