ANDREW, CG Host, is exceptionalhe is proactive in serving campers! Always available & goes out of his way to help. When I was confused about my site #13, he went the extra mile to sort things out!!! Thank you, Andrew!

This is a nice place. Great cement pads to sit on. Not crowded. Deb was quite friendly and helpful.

What a hidden gem.right in the middle of Florida! You cant go wrong with ACE campgrounds. Beautiful sites, surrounded by water and located only a few miles from Ft. Myers. It is quiet and well maintained.

This property is beautiful and so much fun. I have always had fun with the campers and everyone has been so polite. The hosts are volunteers and sometimes your experience with them is better than others.

This COE CG is awesome. Especially if you just want to relax, fish a little, bike…really clean, quiet, arranged for privacy. Really good BBQ down the road at Hog Body.

Great location on the water with excellent Power and water hook up. The pads are mostly far apart and plants give each site some privacy and cooling. The Hosts were friendly and keep the location secure and quiet. They even treated our fur kid with lots of dog bones ! If it was possible we would only stay at Corp locations.

We planned an RV trip down the west coast of FL and back up the east coast. WP Franklin was by far the most beautiful campground we stayed at. It is surrounded by water on 3 sides, creating a peaceful and serene setting. It was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The roads were paved and all sites were level and had concrete pads. In addition, the staff were helpful and friendly. We were only there for one night as it is hard to get reservations but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While in Ft. Myers, we dined on the lovely patio at the Veranda restaurant and had a relaxing, delicious meal. We wish we would have had more time to explore Ft. Myers. We will return next year and hope to get reservations for several nights at W.P. Franklin!

Just a very calm and peaceful place to hang out at. Very well kept campground, and the campground hosts were excellent.

Such a beautiful place. The attendants couldn't be nicer. The only comment we have the bathrooms could be cleaner they don't measure up to the rest of this wonderful place.
