Campsites are spacious and have a fire ring and large picnic table. The lakes are close and lovely as is a full force (at this time of year) waterfall.

Great campground with friendly host and nice local shop.

Convenience. Able to fish, hike, and bike ride without getting in a car and driving to a new location. There is a magnificent waterfall on site. All one could ask for in one site.

Unfortunately, site 22 and the site in front of 22 were very muddy when we arrived, and we looked around and saw no other sites with the same issues. We could not put our tent on such muddy ground, it would have been a mess, so we left and gone a motel room. I don't recommend site 22 or the site in front (could be 21). Other than that, the campground was great, orderly, clean, views were breathtaking.

Smack in the middle of hiking, fishing, kayaking, float tubing, and amazing paved bike trails!

We loved camping at Twin Lakes! We arrived to a clean site, large enough to fit 6 with our dogs. Loved that this campground is so dog friendly! We were warmly welcomed and given a guest guide with map which was helpful. The bear lockers provided on site were also clean and easy to use. I was a little worried about the wild life but we did not encounter anything out of the ordinary during our stay. The whole campsite is beautiful and we got a chance to explore more by the bus which was running every 30minutes. We will be back next year!

This is the absolute WORST site for anyone with a trailer. It states a 30 foot spot, but all you get is a tiny parking pad that you share with spot #1. We barely fit our 21 foot trailer and its very uneven. Luckily the family in spot 1 were understanding as we had a tiny slide out on our trailer that hogged most of spot 1s parking pad. Definitely wont be back. Disappointment 100%

Relaxing Time at Twin Lakes Campground Site 64 Peaceful The Campsite was a bit on a slope so it was a little difficult to find a spot to place our tent .. Bathrooms nearby & very clean. We had a great time !

The setting is wonderful. The campsite was mostly level for my RV. The bathrooms were clean. And the camp host was attentive and visibly present. All great!

We had an excellent visit, even if it was cut short 2 days from our battery / generator issues. The comp host met us right away to check us in after parking, and starting to set up. Space 092 was only slightly challenging with an incline on one side that needed our rig leveled. The biggest issue was walking to our chairs, dinner spot & firepit later in the evenings. The steps lead right to the firepit! We put up solar string lights so we wouldn't trip & fall into it. T-mobile worked great for us! 5GUC the entire time. No issues except for a few po kets of no service down by the lakes & at Horseshoe Lake. Other than that, we had mobile service the entire time.The small store was well stocked, and we were happy to be able to refill our propane tank there.

I talked to the host before reserving to make sure we would not have any problems entering the site with our trailer. We get there and it was impossible to get in and the host was no help. We had to go to a different rv park.

Clean, free hot showers, a POOL (what NP has a pool?), and you can any hike right from the campground. LOVE this place. And, not to mention, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Mammoth is always a great place to visit. Twin lakes generator hours are from 6:00a to 10:00p which is ridiculous in my opinion. Give us a break from the noise pollution so we can enjoy the sounds of nature!

I commend Rodney and Leona, as well as the relief team of Tom & Heidi on their meticulous efforts at managing the campgrounds.

2nd time staying at Twin Lakes. Love all the convenient amenities. The camp hosts were extra helpful and kind. Caught plenty of fish. The bike trails were a big hit on an e-bike cant wait to go back. Sept weather was perfect

Campground was extremely crowded. Sites are spaced really close together. The pic table was on the wrong side of my van. The site was more suitable for tent camping.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
