Host was curt and unfriendly. Showers close early. Our campsite had a tent spot that was a pool. We asked to shift to a vacant site and were told we only could if we paid for both sites. So we pitched the tent in the driveway. Campground was a mess of gravel from a previous storm and no effort to clean it up was made the two days we were there.

We had an excellent visit, even if it was cut short 2 days from our battery / generator issues. The comp host met us right away to check us in after parking, and starting to set up. Space 092 was only slightly challenging with an incline on one side that needed our rig leveled. The biggest issue was walking to our chairs, dinner spot & firepit later in the evenings. The steps lead right to the firepit! We put up solar string lights so we wouldn't trip & fall into it. T-mobile worked great for us! 5GUC the entire time. No issues except for a few po kets of no service down by the lakes & at Horseshoe Lake. Other than that, we had mobile service the entire time. The small store was well stocked, and we were happy to be able to refill our propane tank there.

Beautiful campgrounds. Attached to the Tamarack Lodge which is also amazing. The lakes are not super accessible except for a few small areas. The waterfall is breathtaking. One note, could have a few more water stations and more clearly marked. But loved our stay, the host was super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back again soon

Friendly hosts. Loved that there is a general store close by. My group was at site #92 which is walking distance to the trash can, restrooms, the general store, and lake. Only downside at this site is that there is a bit of a slope from the parking spot to the site. I lost my footing a few times so it might not be as suitable for kids/elderly. The restrooms could be improved too. It was rather dusty. Other than that, good campground.

Wonderful campground, reminded me of some in Oregon, very green, lake close by, lots of paved walking or biking trails. We had possibly the best campground hosts I have ever seen, right on top of things, and very friendly. One negative, some of the sites are double sites, and there is not an easy way to determine that by looking at the photos on recreation.gov. Also many sites are far from level.
