Twin Lake Campground was lovely! Lots of lovely paths for walking, biking and hiking. The upper lake loop was amazing especially Lk George with the changing Autume Leaves. Also fun to pop into Mammoth. Enjoyed also driving up to the Mineretts Lookout, Mammoth Ski area and high mountain off roading. Overall a Wonderful location!

The campgrounds have a splendid location surrounded by the lakes, waterfalls, and cliff views. It has the cleanest restrooms that I have ever seen in NPs! The only downside is that the showers are pricey and available only between 10am-5pm which is pretty much when you are out hiking or exploration.

The location of the campground is excellent....however our campsite (#16) was very tight and right along the entry to that loop....so a lot of traffic and no privacy . In spite of that, we enjoyed exploring the area from the campground as our "home base" for 3 days

A beautiful setting and lots of trees and bushes between campsites.

Twin lakes is a beautiful campground, with amazing views. They have a general store which is helpful. The camp managers are very helpful as well. There are many activities to keep you busy, and if you are fishing, I recommend that you rent a boat (which they have at the general store). There are few spots to fish from the shoreline. Also, take bug repellant there are mosquitos down by the water. We drove our 24-foot RV and didn't have any problems backing in or maneuvering around the camp site. From what I understand, they do not have Full hook ups for RV or trailers fust FYI.
