Please fix your showers so they will stay on more than five seconds. Also, the hot water takes about 30 to 40 pushes on that button if it does it all.Really frustrating when youre trying to have a nice relaxing camping eventThank you for taking the time to read this hopefully, well get a response.

Great campgrounds, this was our second visit this summer. Restrooms are always clean and nice hot showers. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and campsites well kept. Conveniently close to Big Bear City, which we love.

My wife and I and our two little fur babies stayed on Snowberry Loop 35. It was our first time in our RV. The campgrounds and the camp hosts were all wonderful! We enjoyed our walks down the paths and the lake. And it was so quiet and peaceful and super clean. We did end up leaving a little early but that was because we failed to replace the factory mattress in our new RV and couldnt stand another night on that thing unfortunately. But the experience at Serrano was great! Highly recommended. And yes it is very family friendly.

We recently stayed at Serrano Campground and had a wonderful experience. The campsite was spacious and offered plenty of room between neighbors, which made it feel private and relaxing. Each site was well-maintained and clean, with sturdy fire pits that included built-in grillsperfect for cooking outdoors.All of the campground hosts we met were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The bathrooms were also clean and well-kept, and we appreciated seeing them being attended to regularly.The only downside was the condition of the shower facilities. While we did observe staff cleaning them daily and doing their best, the showers still had a persistent musty smell and visible mold on the walls. This seems to be an issue related more to age and ventilation than cleanliness. Out of the five showers in the Evening Star loop, only three were operational during our stay.Despite this, our overall experience was very positive. The campground is within walking distance of the lake and the paved Pedal Path, which was great for biking and walking. Theres also a small convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab last-minute items.We would absolutely recommend Serrano Campground to friends and plan to return in the future.

Very nice campground with full shade . Far away from trash cans.

The showers are awful. I had to push the button over and over again and it only last for 3 seconds and had to push it at least 30 times to get warm water up on one and on another one warm water came on at all. For the prices were paying you would think youd have better restroom service.

Great National Park with clean restrooms, large campsites, friendly rangers and camp hosts, and even warm showers! Nearby hiking and biking trails accessed from the Park and elsewhere. Can walk to nearby kayaking rentals or bike/drive to beaches and boat rentals. We had a great time!

Serrano is a lovely campground and having full hookups (30 amp) in the Snowberry Loop is awesome. Sadly, the bad news is the electrical is NOT up to par on one side of the loop - and the camphosts are aware of this but powerless to do much except call an electrician. (The electrician was tired of his return trips to Serrano and places the blame on an antiquated system and inefficient power for the number of sites and modern RV's) Our site #37 had extremely sketchy power. Our surge suppressor threw us off-line, multiple times a day - without us running our AC! It appears that the power to section around us is at the "end of the line" - and it would drop below 103 volts, causing our surge protector to take us off-line, or risk damaging our electronics/electrical system. If you don't have a surge protector - you would never know. This made our week's stay challenging and frustrating.

Nice, clean, spacious campground with showers, toilets, and drinking water. I just wish the rangers or other employees would help enforce some of the rules because I had people riding bikes and walking through my camp and some people were being pretty loud past 10pm. If it was cheaper or free I wouldnt complain but the sites cost close to $50 an night. Otherwise its a great camp.

We love Serrano campground. We go every year. This year was challenging. There was issues with water being shut off and showers not having hot water. The showers definitely need improvement. Then, we had a double site and the site was even smaller than a single site. And we were asking to back in closer by campground manager who was not very polite. Sadly it was not the best experience. And for water being off and no bathroom use unless we walk far, we were not offered compensation or a discount. It was not a good experience this year sadly and we come each year for a week for the last 10 years.

Big site with some shade all day. Backside of the site is the alpine pedal path which is handy but bad for privacy at the same time. It is also close to the road and lighthouse resort general store. A lot of plusses but not the best for quiet isolation.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
