Loud generator noise all day and outside of quiet hours. There needs to be new rules implemented to limit noise. This noise detracts from the experience of camping in a forest. Generators should be limited.

The experience was so good but the site was too close. Therefore, the campers next to our site were complaints by some other campers. For some reason, the person who helped us checked in, complained to us for being annoying after 10 PM. But that was not us.

Such a fun campground and great location. The campsite and facilities were very nice and clean. Bathrooms were great and so nice they have showers. The campsites are close together so at times it feels like you’re crossing into your neighbors site but not a big deal. Our site was about a 5 minute walk to the lake which was amazing. Overall a great time. Will definitely be back!

The campsite was clean and amazing and the worker that checked us in and out was truly phenomenal! She made us feel cared for like we were her own family ! Will definitely return! Also a super close walk to the lake

We loved Serrano and the accessibility to town and the lake. We definitely be back. My only complaint is the ants were worse than previous years but we managed.

Very nice campground. Staff was fantastic. Bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever experienced while camping. Nice short hike to the lake. We will be returning for sure. Thank you staff and keep up the good work.

The overall site was amazing ! The amenities made everything so convenient like the restrooms and hot showers which were clean 95% of the time . Also the drinking water spouts were very convenient as well. That was the upside to our first camping experience . The staff however made the experience very unsettling . The entire time of our stay we were approached with staff who were unfriendly and rude . The first day we were having trouble with a tent and needed light to put it up because it was starting to get dark and a staff member approached us and very rudely said that it was 2 mins to quiet time and that we needed to hurry up , instead of maybe offering some sort of help (because we were obviously struggling ) . The second time we were just hanging out in the afternoon and was approached by a very rude and condescending who said we needed to change our music because it was vulgar , our music was not loud at all but she demanded we change it . Nowhere in the guidelines that were given upon check-in were we told to refrain from playing a certain type of music . The third tile a third rude staff member commented on the cars that were parked on site (mind you there was two) she harassed us saying she did not see a parking pass in both cars, but in fact they were both is plain visible site on the dash in the window . Overall the site was amazing but I probably won’t return due to their unfriendly unhelpful rude staff members

We love Serrano camp ground. Great short walk to the beach and a longer one that takes you to the bridge. Woodland Interpretive trail another great hike. The Zoo is also great. Lots more hikes and lots of good places to eat.

Iv'e been tent camping all my life, about 60 years now. Was hoping to get a little me time in. Ended up bring my non-camping wife, daughter and son. They all had the greatest time. The weather was a little cool at night, however, perfect for the most part. The showers were closed, however, the restrooms were very clean and smelled good. The employees I talked to were helpful, friendly and professional. Being runners, the wife and I ran to the city of Big Bear and back, and one day tried some fishing. The camp grounds were clean and having water was a big plus. I would recommend Serrano Camp Ground to anybody wanting to camp.

This week at camp site 105. One of the best campground I have been to!!! Beautiful sceneries and is located next to the Lake which takes less than 2 minutes walk. Clean restrooms and handicap access. $8 for bundle of fire wood and plenty of pine to help you start a fire. Will definitely come back!!! Thank you Rangers!!!????

They didn’t enforce the 10 pm quiet time very well. Campground across from us was very loud at night.
