This is a gem of a campsite close to Big Bear Lake and the town of BB. Offers both dry and full RV hook ups, sites were very clean, firewood is available at the entrance, camp host Thomas was very helpful and a great guy. We are absolutely going back!

Please fix your showers so they will stay on more than five seconds. Also, the hot water takes about 30 to 40 pushes on that button if it does it all.Really frustrating when youre trying to have a nice relaxing camping eventThank you for taking the time to read this hopefully, well get a response.

Friendly camp hosts, very clean restrooms and sites. Nice trail to the Discovery Center by foot or walk. Located only a couple miles away from grocery store if needed. Can get cold at night in September.

Your camp was the cleanest, beat cared for of any Ive ever been in. Everything was working & in excellent shape. We plan to return in the spring time.

Very nice staff, very clean camp site, very quiet and friendly 'campers', very spacious from one camper to the next. Near biking and hiking trails.I highly recommend this NORTH SIDE of Big Bear for summer and winter!

Our stay at site 51 was great. Lots of room behind the site that the grandkids enjoyed exploring. Partial shade. Staff was very accommodating. We had a 22.foot travel trailer, a suburban and a Hyundai Santa fe and we just BARELY got all three to fit into our site. It was tight. The area around the fire ring was slightly sloped and my 3 year gdaughter almost went face first onto it when her chair tipped forward as she tried to get out of it. I wish it was graded flatter. Moved her chair to the dow hill side to avoid it happening again. Love this campground.

The check in people were friendly and helpful. The campsite was neat and clean. The hosts for our loop, Snowberry, were helpful, friendly and worked hard everyday. They saw my husband carrying the wood he bought at the entrance and since he uses a cane offered to deliver to our campsite. Even though we were in the hookups section we didnt feel too close to neighbors.

We would have liked to check in before 2:00. We were there around noon and had to look for a place to park until 2:00, not easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Serrano. The park is beautiful, but like many of our National Park facilities, its showing its age, particularly the RV section. Staff is really making the most of it, and you shouldnt hesitate to visit. Just be prepared for 30amp electric service, narrow roads that can make backing in a challenge, and driveways that require a lot of leveling. Most of the tent sites are large and well shaded, and would be great RV sites if the hook-ups were there. But whatever negatives there may be, they are far outweighed by the positives. Go and enjoy.

Love this Campground. Came the second week of July and it was way warmer than expected! Had a great time though.
