Well maintained park with friendly staff. I felt safe here and enjoyed my stay. The only complaint is the difficulty of backing into some sites. There are large rocks you have to maneuver around that could be moved a foot or two so it would be easier to back in.

We stayed in the full service site. The campground is well run and lovely. There is a 5 mile paved path and a fabulous trail called Cougar Crest that goes up a canyon. Beautiful.

The campground was clean and quiet. VERY long walks to the bathroom and some bathrooms were closed.

Great campground- Sites were well maintained and the restrooms were clean. Quiet in the evenings. The lake is close but not as close as the maps show. Very dog friendly. We will stay again but only in the cooler months.

Always love this campground. Feels like you are away in the woods when at your site. But close to all the amenities and luxuries the town has to offer.

the park is well maintained, staff are respectful and willing to help (you just have to ask before you make a bad decision). I will return when there are openings, it is booked quite full...

Rained upon our arrival, but was very welcome after just leaving over 100 degree temps! We had a really lovely, quiet stay in a very clean, nicely set up space in the middle of the forest. Loved watching the squirrels, they are so cute and are not afraid of coming close. We would like to thank our great Camp Hosts for being so friendly and welcoming and attentive to everything in their area. This was not our first time at Serrano and definitely will not be our last.

It was our first time at Serrano campground and it was received by a cousin. Our from really enjoyed it! We took our RV and the lot size was perfect. We hiked the first two days and that was conveniently near us. Bathrooms and showers were also clean. We will definitely return.

First of all you guys rocked this website! You made finding the right spot easy. This campground was perfect for my wife and me. We were close enough to enjoy Big Bear without all the traffic and crowds (unfortunately, Big Bear is packed during Covid times). The park is also across the street from a great hiking area that hooks up to the PCT and has lots of other trails to explore. The views of Big Bear from the trail are amazing, and some kind humans built benches along the path to enjoy the view. I highly recommend staying here.
