Serrano Campground was up to par like usual. The camp site is so well kept and clean. Our site #64 was perfect. We even had some wonderful unexpected thunderstorms which made out trip even more special. We definitely hope to come back soon.

I feel like in the past the camp host were engaged with the people and the areas the cover, especially enforcing the rules. Now I feel like there are a lot of camp hosts that are just basically enjoying their retirement and doing the cleaning duties. The camp hosts should not just be janitors.

Lots of beautiful trees and space at each campsite. People seemed respectful. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly. I will definitely return!

We love camping at Serrano Campground. The hosts are always helpful and friendly. The campground is well maintained and watched over. It is a wonderful place to stay.

the initial stay was great then we moved to a non hookup site and the camp host in that loop had his own rules not the same as the rest of the park very disturbing and when questioned about them he stated that the manager had a grudge against him and had to things differently very odd ?

Very good location with large campsite. My only problem was with the camphost/ staff.Dont get me wrong they were very nice , but whenever we deviated from the rules even slightly they were at our camp scolding us! Geez. We lived in Big Bear for many years so had friends stopping by for short visits and they didnt park right , or just some other silly stuff we geez. We felt like we were being watched.
