Great campground. The host did a great job of keeping the campsites and restroom clean and even have hot showers.

Site 65 is an accessible site that is fully paved with a private paved path to the restroom.

The site had so many bees we had to leave the area until sundown. The workers were very nice at the gate and super informative; just wish we had more of a chance to enjoy the campsite. Also, having the site so close to the path meant a lot of people coming on our campground to get to the bathroom- ultimately disturbing our privacy

Had a relaxing weekend. Enjoyed an afternoon at the nearby zoo. Campsite is close to town in case you forgot something. The Village is a nice place to walk with plenty of restaurants and gift shops.

It is our first time here @ Serrano and it didnt disappoint! The booking process was easy via the app, difficult to find a slot because its popular but check from time to time because it opens up when there are cancellations. Our first booking was cancelled and refunded due to forest fire so we ended up @ Joshua Tree but were glad we booked again because we really enjoyed the stay. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. The camp site is properly labeled and very clean. The bathrooms are well maintained, though didnt get to see the showers because its closed. The camp hosts are always visible and very helpful. They even dropped by our site to give treats to the kids since it was the halloween weekend. They are in the process of replacing the bbq pits and bear boxes. Our site #65 has new picnic table, bbq pits and bear box. Its also ada so the picnic table area is paved. We will be back on spring break and we booked a lake view so were looking forward to our next stay!

What a great first trip to Serrano! Site was super clean and better than expected! The only issue we had was that people would take the path from the restrooms right through our site, especially in the evening, but we were able to block it off. We were close to the bathrooms which were very well maintained and we noticed they were sanitized quite often. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Cant wait for our next stay!
