Very nice campground in very close proximity to Big Bear Lake and cycle path. The bathrooms were close by and clean. Dumpster trash collection was also within walking distance from the campsite. Potable water and a dumpstation were available, although I didn't use either. I will plan another visit for next year.

Amazing time, beautiful location, the campsites were spacious and clean, the restrooms were big, clean, well maintained, showers worked. We had a great time here.

Love the Rangers at the entry booth! Very Professional and helpful. I've visited 2x now and both times the campsites were well manicured and spotless. Got to 25 degrees overnight! A battery heated vest in my sleeping bag saved me. Serrano Campground is one of my favorites! Just got back from a 6000 mile trip, but found Serrano had most of what we enjoy and is only about 60 miles away!

Great campground, very clean and the camp hosts are super nice and friendly. Great bike trails and hiking trails nearby.

This campsite was very clean, shady, and spacious! Bathrooms are also clean. We had an amazing time here!

Great time and great site. The grounds are kept very nice and I like the camp rangers/employees making regular rounds all day. I will always recommend this campground.

The bathrooms and showers are kept extremely clean, as well as the campsites. We were very impressed with how well they take care of the campground

I will recommend this campground to friends and family. We had a really pleasant trip and are so so satisfied with how everything turned out. The staff were friendly and informative, bathrooms were kept clean, and campsite was everything we hoped it would be. We will definitely be returning !

We had site 21 picked on purpose due to proximity to the bathrooms/showers and water spigot. I was excited to have access to showers because our last trip to Big Bear we booked at Pine Knot with no showersbut these showers were not awesome! You had to bear pushing in the button for the water to flow for a looooong while before the warm water would begin. Maybe very refreshing in the hot summer weather, but definitely not during other times if the year! But otherwise, the campground was beautiful and right on the Alpine Pedal Path that my kids loved to ride their bikes on! We already booked again for October!

Stayed at this campground before but at the sites closer to the lake. The site this time had more room and you were further from your neighbors. The restrooms here are always the cleanest I have been to at any campground.

Love Serrano, been going there for years. Large sites, clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed pizza and ice cream at the village with our grandkids. Didn’t call early enough for hook up sites so we dry camped in our RV. Dump station at exit made it easy. I recommend Serrano to anyone that loves the mountains.

This was our second time coming to Serrano campground this year, while I always enjoy coming here, the fact that we weren't allowed to have a campfire this time was such a bummer! A big part of the camping experience is having a campfire. Although I do understand why we couldn't have one because it was the fire season, it would have still been nice to have a campfire! Bathroom is always so very clean, and well kept up - and staff is always very friendly as well! We really enjoyed coming up here this time even without a campfire.

Great spacious camp sites. Clean and well lit bathroom with paved path for easy access. Too many ants in camps site on table and ground climbing on tent. Next time I would bring a can of Raid to spray the table and around the tents if allowed.

Wonderful campground! The staff are nice and helpful, the restrooms are clean and stocked, there's a great path to walk on, nearish to the shore. You can get to the city across the lake easily enough but it's far enough away to not bother. I've been there for several days each of the past 2 summers, and plan to go back again this coming summer.
