Great campground and site! This campground overall is a tight fit to navigate RVs through and this specific site is VERY tight. We had to back in (25ft travel trailer) and lower the front end as far as we could along with having our right side up on 3 blocks to get (not quite) level. Once we were in, its amazing though. Beautiful site, tons of room, stocked bathrooms and the hike to the falls from our campground was beautiful. The hot springs are unique and relaxing, love the trails connecting everything. We saw so many cool birds, a deer and fawn and a rabbit. Cell service (AT&T) glitched in every so often and starlink could not stay connected more than 30 secs or so. Beautiful place to stay, Im so glad we came!

We stay here just 1 night but it was beautiful. Sol Duc falls is gorgeous and worth dealing with all the crowds on the hike. We started later in the day since our limited time frame.

5 Stars says it all. This place is pure magic. Hiking among the conifers of Olympic National Park. Mountain bike ride for hours in a canopy of green. Soak in the hot springs. Excellent Caesar salad in the shade of the river and a doe walks out into the stream with her fawn in tow. How magical is that? Outstanding!

RV sites are very close to each other.the most annoying part is we wanted a site in loop A but everything was booked and full but there were at least 10 sites that were reserved with no shows on a Friday and Saturday night. This reservation system needs some sort of overhaul to prevent these no shows. Seems like a very national park we try to get a reservation in thats full always has a lot of no shows. There needs to be more first come first serve spots available to avoid this problem. Its not fair to those who actually want to camp.

The campsite is in the forest, you get a beautiful big site under big trees. Privacy

One of my favorite campsites. It was a large private site. I felt like I was in a fairy rain Forrest. Site had plenty of room and beautiful mossy trees nearby. I could barely see my neighbors on both sides. Bathrooms were not too far. There is a trail nearby for the falls and lovers trail. This spot was very peaceful for me and I decided to sleep outside in wilderness in my hammock, becauss I was in awe. My only complaint was that after midnight some people drove into spot next to mine. They were loud putting up there tent, making food, flashlights kept going in my area, and then they started blowing up an air mattress with an electric pump. I pointed my flashlight towards them and let them know how rude it was. They apologized and said sorry they just got there. I told them I understand that, but they should still follow the quiet hours and respect for the people around them. Its just common camping courtesy. My sleep would have been more enjoyable if it wasn't for them making a bunch of noise after midnight. That is not the parks fault. But the camp host was not far from this site. I wish hosts would kindly tell campers to keep it quiet, respectfully. Great location otherwise.

We stayed two nights at the RV campground in SOL Duc. It was convenient for our large group of travelers with 5 different spots. The sites were close enough to each other to gather easily and several of them provided a bit of privacy. Restrooms were clean and had soap and paper available.

This was such a great campground and site. It felt like there was nothing but woods behind you and there was space between you and your neighbors. We did however try to find the camp host who was off duty our entire stay and didn't feel like going over to loop a to find a different camp host.

Enjoyed staying at Sol Duc campground. Its proximity to trails and the hot springs resort/restaurant were perfect. We stayed in the RV section, and while it was nice to have electric and water hookups, if I go again I will opt for a non electric standard spot as that campground is in the old growth forest and much more beautiful. The RV section is basically a gravel lot with picnic tables/fire pit behind each spaceand while the area behind is trees its not nearly as shaded and nice as the other loops. We enjoyed the Springs and pool one evening after hiking to the falls. Also ate in the restaurant, which wasnt fancy but had decent food. 2 nights here was perfect for our family and allowed us to visit Lake Crescent one day for a hike and explore Sol Duc the next day.

Sites are close together. You have to walk 5 minutes to get to a bathroom. We were on the shady side (site 13), and were actually pretty happy with our spot. We enjoyed our time in the hot springs (price not included).

We stayed here because its the only campground that has showers which are at the Sol Duc Resort; where the hot springs are. What they dont tell you you have to make a $18 reservation at the hot springs to use the showers. You cannot just buy a shower. One of the employees told me that Aramark owns the hot springs and cabins, but not the campground, so they dont make money off the people staying there, so selling $18 showers is how they make their money. Now youve paid $18 for your shower and go to take it, youll find the shower area is open; there are no curtains or doors separating the showers. Youll also find there are no towel hooks. So now youd taken your $18 shower, exposed yourself to your open shower compatriots, you need to walk across the locker room, dripping the whole way there, to get to your towel. Its unacceptable any of this is allowed. The campground itself is quite lovely. The restrooms were clean and always stocked (by Aramark).

We hiked up to Sol Duc Falls from the campground. We drove to Rialto Beach to go tide pooling and walked to Hoke in the Wall. We also visited The Hall of Mosses but was disappointed in the wait to get in and the crowds. Our hike to the falls had more moss covered trees and a lot fewer people. We also made the hard trek up My Storm King where the views were beautiful. The hike up Hurricane Pass from HurricaneRidge is also recommended.

The site we had was unusable for a senior person my trailer door opened up on the road through the camp grounds and people speeding buy. I went to open my RV door to come out and almost got hit. If I knew this about the site I would have booked elsewhere. We stayed two nights and for the cost I might as well park on the side of the road

The campsite was beautiful and we loved the ease of hiking between the trail, campsite, and hot springs. I was so disappointed though by the light from the bathroom at night. I shone right in out tent all night and prevented sleep for me and my children. Is there a way to have a less florescent light? Or a night time setting? Or smaller windows so the light does not flood the campground? Beautiful site, but terrible sleep.

Spent two nights at site B71. Great campground, loved how wooded it was. Our two person tent fit fine at this site but anything larger would have needed to be put on some slope. We didnt do the hot springs, but did buy firewood from the resort. Clean bathrooms with soap. Very quick drive to Sol Duc falls hike, and easy drive to other hikes near lake crescent as well. Overall really enjoyed this campground, price is a little steep for just being a campground, but it was definitely one of the nicer campgrounds Ive stayed at.

Not much in the way of supermarkets within 70 miles. Plan accordingly. Nice wooded area, no cell service and Starlink was spotty at best.

I would give them 5 stars for our stay but it started off BAD!! The reservation had no directions just spot number RV015. When we booked it over 6 months it appeared to be on a loop when we picked it. That is all the information we were given. We stopped at RV court but that was not an area we saw when booking nor was it on our reservation and there was a 15 but not RV015. Down to loop A. We turned in and quickly figured out this was not our loop and we had a heck of a time backing out. We passed loop b and kept looking for where RVs go. We dead ended in the parking lot and had to navigate our way out of that!!!!! Back down we pulled in to the resort parking lot! Nope!!! Keep in my the total length of our rig is 50 feet! This was dangerous! I went to the desk and the girl was a bit rude.but I was probably rude and flustered at this point. She handed me a map, pointed at my spot, pointed at the direction I should be going and that was it. We went where she told us to go and it was indeed RV COURT space 15 NOT RV015!!!! At the very least the reservations should say RV court and space 15 not RV015. Also the sign needs to be way more prominent. It is small and partially obscured when we were rolling in. Side note to this. We talked to 6 different RVers while there. 3 did exactly what we did (one went all the way back to the entry gate to talk to a ranger! 2 had been there before so they new the drill and 1 called ahead because they were confused that there were no directions. Beyond that we lived our stay there! It was peaceful, the trails were magnificent, and the hot springs were super relaxing first thing in the morning. We will for sure be back now that we know where to go. I all seriousness though this needs to be addressed. My husband is amazing at towing and backing a 5th wheel and even he was challenged. Had this been a novice it could have been really bad! Please fix it!

Campsite was very small. Only one tent space. Hot springs experience was amazing. Will definitely go again.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
