We stayed in our 30 TT in the RV loop section of the campground. This is about one acre of relatively flat gravel surrounded by beautiful tall trees. There are 17 spots in this section, all with electric and water hookups. Only the last four spots are long and wide enough for largish rigs with pop outs. We were in one of them, and our companions in 35 5ers in the others. Room was sufficient , and the utilities worked fine. About 45 psi water. No cell signal (ATT or VZN). Nice hiking nearby, and the hot springs resort is a short walk from the campground. ~$15/person for a 90 minute time slot. Very relaxing, and after that much time youre pretty cooked anyway. A few miles down the road is a salmon cascade viewpoint, where in the late summer you can witness salmon trying to make their way upstream to spawn. Very cool.Note that to visit the area, its a 12 mile drive on a pretty but twisty 35mph road just to get to Hwy 101. Figure on some long travel days. The upside is that there is beautiful stuff to see in and around the park.

I would give them 5 stars for our stay but it started off BAD!! The reservation had no directions just spot number RV015. When we booked it over 6 months it appeared to be on a loop when we picked it. That is all the information we were given. We stopped at RV court but that was not an area we saw when booking nor was it on our reservation and there was a 15 but not RV015. Down to loop A. We turned in and quickly figured out this was not our loop and we had a heck of a time backing out. We passed loop b and kept looking for where RVs go. We dead ended in the parking lot and had to navigate our way out of that!!!!! Back down we pulled in to the resort parking lot! Nope!!! Keep in my the total length of our rig is 50 feet! This was dangerous! I went to the desk and the girl was a bit rude.but I was probably rude and flustered at this point. She handed me a map, pointed at my spot, pointed at the direction I should be going and that was it. We went where she told us to go and it was indeed RV COURT space 15 NOT RV015!!!! At the very least the reservations should say RV court and space 15 not RV015. Also the sign needs to be way more prominent. It is small and partially obscured when we were rolling in. Side note to this. We talked to 6 different RVers while there. 3 did exactly what we did (one went all the way back to the entry gate to talk to a ranger! 2 had been there before so they new the drill and 1 called ahead because they were confused that there were no directions. Beyond that we lived our stay there! It was peaceful, the trails were magnificent, and the hot springs were super relaxing first thing in the morning. We will for sure be back now that we know where to go. I all seriousness though this needs to be addressed. My husband is amazing at towing and backing a 5th wheel and even he was challenged. Had this been a novice it could have been really bad! Please fix it!

This campground has no bathrooms, showers, grills, laundry, dump station...it's basically just a parking lot with hook ups.Very disappointing.

Platz war in Ordnung. Frs Dumpen muss man extra zahlen. Geduscht haben wir im Schwimmbad.

BEAUTIFUL campground. Stayed on the last night of the season and almost had the campground to ourselves. Quiet and unforgettable. Electric and water hookups, no sewer. Well kept, little nightlights on each station

Based on pictures, we were expecting an individual camping site. Instead this was literally a parking lot campground. Would not return as there are better options available nearby.

The site listing was misleading. We had a 36ft RV, and booked for that size. The site listing made it look like we were on loop A or B, however we were in a gravel parking lot.Not ideal. Wouldn't book again. There was also Noone around to help us find our spot, just assumed were were in the gravel parking lot since that's where the larger rvs were.It would be nicer if those spots were more isolated from each other. Also, our site was large. However it was layed out horribly, the water and electric hook up were right in the center of the spot, so while the parking area was large. We had to be pushed to one side of the spot to miss the water hook up. Which meant we couldn't use our canopy.Great park, and amenities. But the large rv parking area is not the best

Quiet little campground. Not much privacy from the other campers, but we only stayed one night and everybody pretty much stayed inside their RVs because of the rain so that was not an issue. Dont miss the hot pools at the resort just a few yards down the road!

I hadn't been to Sol Doc in over 50 years. Stayed at the RV Camp sites. Awesome, will be going back

No frills for sure, but that's not why I'm giving 3 stars. Rv space 15 had no fire ring or picnic table...Every other space had them as far as I could tell. Electricity went out first night, was on by the next morning around 9. No privacy between spaces, but that's standard I think. For RV spots anyway. Easy walk to the hot springs resort. They have a cute shop/gift store, but it's pretty pricey. The Rv campground could use a bathroom, as far as I can tell the nearest would be the resort. My space was easy to get in and out of, but my trailer is only 21ft. I saw big 5th wheels that looked like they had plenty of space too. Short drive to hiking and the falls.

We stayed at the RV campground with our 32ft RV. The campsite was nice. Great picnic table and firepit. It would have been a little nicer to have some more space between sites with some greenery in between. It kind of felt a bit like a parking lot. It also would have been nicer to have the bathrooms closer. Be prepared to use your RV for all restroom needs and have an empty tank. If you plan on using the Hot Spring they have open (no doors) showers available to guests, so we brought our shower supplies to use after entering the hot springs.

The RV part of this campground is nothing more than a gravel parking lot. The regular campground - Loops A & B are very nice, but stay away from the RV section. There is no host for the RV section so if you have an issue, you have to go to the front desk of the resort. You can't just call the front desk. I tried many, many times for 3 days and never reached anyone. There was an option to leave a message, but the message box was full all 3 days that I tried to reach them. Absolutely NO Verizon coverage.
