It rained slightly, but our tent barely got any. The tent pad is under some trees. Despite being right next to the (flushing and very clean!) bathrooms, it still felt private. I really liked being next to the bathroom for proximity's sake, and the fact that they weren't vault toilets made it even better because the campsite didn't get smells from the bathrooms, either. The campsite was sizeable and clean.

this place is EPIC!!! we feel so lucky to have experienced such beauty.. truly magic all around.. and camping is the best way because we were the first ones in the gate, and left before the line was long. Thank you for tending such beautiful lands and ensuring they are protected!

We arrvied late and were easily able to find our spot at night. The site itself had plenty of room and, while we were car camping, the sitting and tent area were great. Bathrooms were a close walk.

Never made it into the campground. I encountered an hour long line despite having a reservation, so I turned around and camped elsewhere.

Very well maintained campground. Tons of campsites and completely full at the end of summer. People were actually pretty quiet.

This is one of our favorite places to camp. It can be very busy during the summer months but it is still worth the visit. The rainforest is more lush in the winter but it is fabulous year around. One challenge is the lack of a pump out facility. But otherwise, highly recommend a visit.

Campsite is too close to the other site. You can steal food off thier dinner plate. Neighbor had 3 tents and 8 people. Basically took over the whole area. Loop c folks.

Site 60 was a little bit exposed. Scenery is beautiful however I wish I picked a different site. A lot of mosquitos in the summer!

The bathrooms weren't cleaned AT ALL for the four days that we were camped there. I won't go back until this problem is resolved.

We spent two glorious days in the park and enjoyed fantastic even hot weather. This contrasted with the gorgeous hanging mosses and lush rainforest vegetation. We will be back!

Cool campsite. Surprised that no one has talked about how far it is from everything in Olympic National Park. The road is about 12 miles one way off the main highway - taking about 30 minutes each way - just to get to your campsite. This site is great if you plan on doing more around the Hoh Rainforest, but if your goal is to do things in Olympic NP, I would suggest looking at some other sites.

A lovely campground with easy access to trails and beautiful campsites. A huge perk for day hiking is that you beat all the day traffic coming into the Hoh Visitor Center. As they note, arrive in the campground early or after 5:00 PM to avoid day traffic. Finally, the bathrooms were relatively clean; they did need some maintenance (though given the cuts to NPS we totally understand).

Everything was clean and well-maintained. I appreciate learning some of the natural history of the Hoh Rainforest, but I wonder if there was history of indigenous peoples in the area that we were not being shown. It could have added greatly to the experience. I trust the rangers to share that kind of information, but I don't know if that's a priority anymore.

Campsite was large and relatively private. Soil is rocky, so expect some finesse when staking tents. If youre a hammock camper, this isnt the best location for it. Trees are large and spaced out, with lots of brush. Public bathroom was clean and also has a potable water station. Very comfortable camping at the Hoh Rainforest

This was the absolute best and most private campsite Ive ever had in a National Park. Even better than my favorite spot at Shenandoah National Park. The tent pad is set back well away from the road and there is vegetation all around for a very private experience. Its an easy walk across the parking lot to the visitor center and HOH Rainforest hiking trails. The restroom is close, but not too close. I believe this to be the best campsite in the entire park.

We enjoyed the Ranger's programing in the Hall of Moss. The campsite was private as campgrounds go. The tent site (85C) had some roots in the tent pad area that made air mattresses a necessity. Bathrooms were clean, very nice and well stocked.

Absolutely stunning place to camp! Clean and easily accessible bathrooms with electricity. Large sites nicely spaced apart. Lots of places to walk within the campground (trails, visitors center), paved road to ride bikes on. My site didnt have a bear box and photos showed them at every site. There was only one communal one near the bathroom so we kept all food in the car. Mice got into the car and ate my hotdog buns. Nice displays of information everywhere. Be prepared for lots of crows and birds looking for snacks. Be prepared to wait about 2.5 hours to get in. Have food with you as there is no store or any source of food once inside the park. Lots of picnic areas!

Great campground - sites are spaced out. The Hoh River runs past. A great place to sit, drink a beer, and relax. Close to the visitor center.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
