Fairholm was in the top 5 campgrounds Ive stayed at. The proximity and access to the lake cannot be underestimated if you want to swim or otherwise spend time on the water. Great location for accessing hurricane or other parts of the park, too. Facilities and sites are great.

I would recommend checking out Fairholme campground. Lake Crescent is beautiful.

Wonderful place! Very clean and the scenery was really beautiful.

We camped in the walk-in loop. There is no privacy and they are small. But we lucked out and no one was camped on our level. It was a Tuesday night in late September. It met our needs nicely. 5 old men with 5 tents. We used 2 adjacent sites.

Very clean, well maintained. I stayed there because it was the closest campground to Ozette triangle. it worked great.

Site 88 is amazing! Right on the water and the walk down is totally worth it. Bathrooms are clean and well kept.

If you like clean bathrooms and campsites and a very pretty and accessible lake and don't mind noise, this campground will be perfect for you. If you're looking for any amount of privacy and peace and quiet, look elsewhere. The highway noise is shockingly loud at the walk-in campsites down by the lake, and even on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, we heard big logging trucks and other vehicles by all night. There were little kids playing in the lake near our campsite until super late and being very rowdy. We also had neighbors in the camp next to us who watched movies on their laptop at full volume until 2 am, despite us politely asking them to turn down the volume (they didn't and then acted like we were the rude ones for asking). The lake is gorgeous and perfect for paddle boarding and swimming and would make a lovely place to hang out for the day. However the noise level and "type" of campers this one attracts is likely to displease folks who are used to the peace and quiet of dispersed or remote camping. Flush toilets sure are nice, though :)

Campsites were very small. No space to put the tent other than the driveway.

This was a great place to set-up as "home base" for the few days I was at ONP. The short walk to Lake Crescent made for some great sunrise views. In addition, the restrooms had hot water! Site 37 was very close to the restroom and trash dumpster, in case proximity to those are important to you.

The campground was great! Each site spot felt private. I loved the little trails down to the water. Had a great swim! I will definitely be back.

Beautiful lovely campground next to Lake Crescent
@MeiZ9A099EDDFB · Camped on Sep 17, 2025 at Campsite #77
the camp facility is well maintained, campsite with great view of the Crescent Lake. It was quite noisy from passing cars across the lake.
@EmilyT1326398 · Camped on Sep 16, 2025 at Campsite #60
Beautiful campground, good bathrooms, easy to navigate.
@MatthewEEFA211 · Camped on Sep 16, 2025 at Campsite #67
Campground is pretty, but can be very noisy, you can hear 101 from across the lake. Most sites are very unlevel. The description for our site said "slight grade". We have a short 24ft MH and it was 1.5 feet out of level. Campground hosts were MIA.

Lovely setting, with swimmable Crescent Lake. But the campground is very near Highway 101, with lots of traffic, especially the logging trucks with their Jake Brakes, that start roaring down the road at 5 in the morning. That is a deal breaker for me. I would not stay there again.
@MeganD9158689 · Camped on Sep 15, 2025 at Campsite #72
This campground is easy to get to, has a beautiful view and access to Lake Crescent. I stayed at one of the walk in sites which was easy to find. The parking was clear and the campsite is organized and clean. You can hear the cars going by on the nearby road but this was otherwise a perfect spot!
@KarlaP3709608 · Camped on Sep 15, 2025 at Campsite #66
It was great....quiet, with lots of places to find solitude along the lake.

Beautiful lakeside campsite! Clean bathrooms too. Really enjoyed our stay here!
@Catherine5AFE0 · Camped on Sep 14, 2025 at Campsite #67
The campsite was extremely small and misleading. It looked like we had access to the lake from the pictures on the site and we werent anywhere near the water. The bathroom didnt even have hand soap. No one working there to help and even the camp host were ghost. Lake was still beautiful
@DarrenO62EE16D · Camped on Sep 14, 2025 at Campsite #53
we enjoyed site 53. It's close to the bathroom, water and has great views of the lake. The road noise is bad from all the sites that face the lake. But the forest and lake views are worth it
@IsaacPB425810E · Camped on Sep 14, 2025 at Campsite #71
Very cool spot with a great view of the lake! If youre an experienced camper then these sites may be kinda close together/crowded. These sites are perfect if youre just getting into camping but still want a little privacy! This place is also very close to the most popular trails. We will be back!
@ManasaK59CE800 · Camped on Sep 13, 2025 at Campsite #68
ITs a good site with flushable toilets
@Christine51679 · Camped on Sep 11, 2025 at Campsite #81
The campground itself was beautiful, however, the spot we were in towards the end of the lake, made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The large trucks and logging truck trucks were nonstop. We ended up leaving at about 5 AM so we could go sleep in the car somewhere.

Great campground, nice path to have access to the lake. If you need services, go by the deck.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
