It was great to be able to start the Lover Loop trail right from my campground. Also a nice distance from the hot springs- far enough away to not hear anything from that way, but close enough where you cooould walk if you wanted to.

The bathrooms were well maintained.

We spent 5 nights in site A10 recently. Sites A8-A11 are all very close together which is not so fun if you have loud neighbors blasting music like we did for 2 nights of our stay. The rest of the trip was fine with respectful neighbors though. The sites are down a little hill from the parking area which provides a little extra privacy from the road which is nice. One important thing to note is that it indicates all of those sites including A10 are "riverfront" sites and that is not true. You cannot even see the river from the sites. They are right next to some stagnant water that's a little inlet of the river and you have to cross that then a large rocky area to actually get to the river. Also A10 is one of the sites that does NOT have a food storage locker.
