The campground was great. Beautiful waterfalls about 6 mile round-trip hike from site. Or drive up to parking at end of road and hike about 2 miles round-trip. There are better sites than #63. #63 is on a ledge with down slope and a little too small, therefore placing the tent too close to the firepit..There are other sites in B loop though that are very nice. Will definitely return.

We stayed at the campground and it was still easy to access the Hot Springs as well as the trails, right from our tent! The facilities were clean, the campsite was clean, and it was a pretty quiet campground.

Nice campground. Clean bathroom (no showers but we used the ones that are in the hot springs resort). Tent space is small. There was no bear proof box.

Beautiful site, but not much of a footprint for a tent; expect to either come in with a very small tent or camp on the parking pad. Great campsite with good restroom proximity.

The air was bad and the sites are close together and you encourgage camp fires. I don't get it. People come to the woods and then burn wood. Very disappointed. The trees are not happy and the area feels like a cemetery.

Camping here is magical. Many bathrooms a plus. Loop B trailhead to lodge poorly marked, our only complaint. Site 63 best site in Loop B, would go back again.

The setting is beautiful but the campsites, especially for tents, are atrocious. We were in sites 75 and 63 on Loop B. The only suitable place to pitch a tent on 75 was on a significant hillside and site 63 barely had enough space when pitching next to the fire ring. Our tent is 92x92. This scenario is true of most sites on Loop B

Sol Duc is a gem. I will note that arriving right at the start time of reservation on a busy weekend was a COVID nightmare - 100 people packed in a hallway post-shower while an entire pool deck was available for outside waiting. People were masked but yikes! The campgrounds are fantastic and pools are wonderful.

Lots of signs of bears be aware. Campground bathrooms had plumbing issues but had at least one sink and toilet working.

Despite access to the hot springs, we loved the quiet and calm of the forest and respectability of our neighbors. Our spot was tiny, and we ended up setting up tent in our parking spot. But it worked. And we were able to hike and take day trips during our stay. We'll be back.
