We enjoyed our stay at Manzanita campground. We were fortunate to be able to stay additional days. It's located close to the highway, so access can be a bit challenging, especially for large rig. Ours was a Sprinter, which handled it fine. The campground is clean and well-maintained. Jerome, the caretaker, was welcoming and helpful.

Solo female, stayed here with my dog for 1 night. We felt safe. Plenty of walking and trails available nearby. The creak was nice and clean. Too bad it was too cold to get in. Toilets were as clean as they can be for a pit style toilet. I was right next to the hosts, the parking is a bit tight but I was able to get my truck in fine. The car noise didnt bother me too much. My dog particularly liked the grassy area. I did the Sterling hike close to the campground. Its a hard hike. Would love to stay again.

Stayed in Campground #9 for 4 nights. Small campsite, very close to neighbors, nice cold river running next to camp. Pit toilets were exceptionally clean! Overall good campsite for exploring Sedona MTB trails.

We had beautiful weather and being near the creek was magical. The campers weren't too loud and the camp host is attentive and kept the bathrooms clean.

Great spot right outside Sedona. Stayed by the creek and was able to walk across the street for a nice hike. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay near Sedona. 10 minute drive into town. 20' Van fit great in the spot. Drinking water from the tap was a little questionable but fine.

Great small campground right in the heart of all that Sedona has to offer! A short drive from all the main attractions. Perfect spot, really enjoyed my stay there!

If you plan to stay at this campground, do yourself a big favor by bringing your own drinking water. The tab water at the campground looks murky and tastes rusty. It cannot be healthy for drinking or cooking.

Great little campground with well maintained sites just north of Sedona going up SR 89A. Camp hosts were great. Sites run parallel to Oak Creek, and it was awesome hearing the water run all night! Definitely a tent only campground and if you want the best spot, my money is on site 19. It's tucked into the corner of the campground, has unobstructed access to the creek and offers the best dispersion from adjacent sites. Enjoy!

The site we reserved had a rock in the tent area and our tent didn't fit. A helpful volunteer moved us to a better site.

This campground was absolutely amazing, and I would go back any time. Our public lands are one of the most important assets, identities, and resources that we have in our great nation, both culturally, historically, and naturally. They are one of the most important assets. Keep fascist ideals out of America, and protect our public lands, including this campground.

My only concern was the traffic noise given how its smack dab next to highway 89A.Besides that, I very much agree enjoyed my stay! The campground and toilets were pristine. Camp hosts Jerome and Anne (sorry if I get the name wrong) were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I look forward to re-visit soon.

One of the most gorgeous campsites. Went in November and there were fall leaves everywhere. Site 4 is one of the more private sites, behind it is a small walking trail with access to the creek. Very quiet, bathrooms were clean. I had heard the drinking water is a little funky but I didnt test it, but its easy to just filter the creek water. Not much service for T-Mobile. Will be back!

This would be a great campground if it were not directly off the road. Traffic did reduce to a minimum after 10pm but picked up again early in the morning. Trailhead is across and up the road a bit. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

The campsite is very neatly maintained. Check in was easy. Firewood available on site. Very Peaceful. Some road noise from the 89 highway but settled down at night and likely won't bother most people. Entrance to campsite of 89 could be better marked. Comes up on you very quickly. A bit of a challenge getting back onto the highway if traffic is busy. Beautifully rustic atmosphere with the sounds of the creek flowing by completing the experience. Very well located between Sedona and Flagstaff. Exellent base for exploring that area. Will definitely us it again i I travel in that area.

We arrived a day later than planned because we decided to spend an extra day in the Grand Canyon area after completing the Rim-to-River hike via Tonto Westa challenging 20-mile trek in a single day. During our stay, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the site. On our free day, we hiked the beautiful West Fork trail and truly appreciated the campsite. The grounds were very clean and well-maintained, and firewood was conveniently available for purchase.

Stayed in site 10. Had a spectacular time. Went with a couple buddies for the weekend to unwind and it did not disappoint. The bathrooms were very clean and the view beautiful. I will go again.

First time here and it was a great vibe from the start. Being a tent only, its so nice to not have generators running at all. Super chill vibe spot and bathrooms were clean too.

As others have said, these sites are VERY close to one another. Site 14 was not bad but site 10 is terribly small. Would not recommend this campsite.

Yes, traffic is nearby. Yes, when there is no traffic the white noise of the creek takes over this place. Unfortunately, it is pay site; for one of the most beautiful spots in Oak Creek; steps from your camp. Yes, it is packed in. Yes, when you wake up in the morning (if youre staying more than one day) you will wake up to an empty campground during the week. Most of the time campers dont run in till after six to 7 oclock. A campers wet dream if you like supporting double taxation; extra money for reserved camping, but a clean quad of pit toilets and swimming holes. Reluctant as I may be to say; since I have seen some things, this place is worth your dollar. Enjoy the trip.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
