Great place to stay near Sedona. 10 minute drive into town. 20' Van fit great in the spot. Drinking water from the tap was a little questionable but fine.

We arrived a day later than planned because we decided to spend an extra day in the Grand Canyon area after completing the Rim-to-River hike via Tonto Westa challenging 20-mile trek in a single day. During our stay, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the site. On our free day, we hiked the beautiful West Fork trail and truly appreciated the campsite. The grounds were very clean and well-maintained, and firewood was conveniently available for purchase.

As others have said, these sites are VERY close to one another. Site 14 was not bad but site 10 is terribly small. Would not recommend this campsite.

Great camping site, even with the heavy rain it all looked great. Avoid spot 13 thru 17 if you have sensitive nose as bathroom smells can be overwhelming some times.

Great site right on creek. No place to put hammock. Right by toilets. Got a wiff every once in a while.

Clean, right by the creek and very organized. Only thing that doesnt make it even better is the camp sites are right on top of each other. Very family friendly and the staff ensured that all campers were aware of quiet hours. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

Camp host was very friendly and allowed us to switch campsite. Nice and woodsy. There is traffic noise during the day as is close to the hwy, but at night was quiet. Bathrooms were really clean.

Nice tent campground close to Sedona. The road noise wasn't too bad, and you can also hear the stream at night. Firewood is $8/bundle, I would recommend buying it before getting there.

This campground is a great spot. It is quiet, next to water stream and relaxing. Close enough to the city center to grab supplies when needed and explore.

Solo camping trip with my pup. First time here. Was wonderful. Sites are very close together, so you will interact with others. This site (14) shares an access path with the creek and theres a small sandy area to set up a chair or blanket. Not enough room for two different parties however. Sites 12-15 are not pull in so its a bit of a struggle to load/unload. These sites are also right across from the bathrooms and water. Smell can be a bit much. Thats why I always carry peppermint oil in my camp gear. Overall, this was enjoyable and not overrun with visitors as there is no extra parking.

The host was excellent! Very informative and great to chat with. The campsite was larger than expected. The creek access was also much closer than expected.. along with the swimming pool at the end of the creek. Looking forward to my next visit at Manzanita Campground, thank you!

This campground was nice but a lot of outside visitors enter the camp. Our assigned parking spot was taken a few times when we arrived by people not staying in the campground. Also purchase wood in town. The wood we were sold was wet and full of mold.

Sites are not like what is shown on website. Many are suitable only for tents as the "parking" is not on the site but parallel in a very small area which adjoins some sites. Specifically, #14 is the one I reserved that was not usable for me as I slept in my van. There are some sites that you can park a small vehicle in. I was given #2 instead which is a "no reservation" site as #14 would not work for me. That said - the area is beautiful with Oak creek running through. If you have a tent you can use a site by the creek. Toilets very clean. No shower. There were a lot of vacant spots even though sign said "camp full". Was told people just didn't show up - was very cold that day. Slide park is very close.

This campground is in a nice spot if you want to be in oak creek canyon, and the site host is very sweet, however each site is tiny and you literally have not one bit of privacy whatsoever. The spot was so small that the person next to us had their tent set up two feet away from our fire pit. We ended up not staying there once we checked in and saw how tiny the spot was and realized we wouldnt have been able to even have a fire. I cant even believe they have the audacity to charge $30 for that! Dont waste your money here unless you enjoy camping on top of one another

This is the best camp site we have ever been to. The hosts, Jen and Frank work diligently to keep the bathrooms (vaulted toilets) incredibly clean. The sites are very well maintained. Now, there is only room for 1 car per site. There are some parking spots up the road that could be used for that extra vehicle, but best bet is to either limit to 1 car, or book 2 sites. This campground is right on Oak Creek. Sites 14, 15 and 16 have private paths directly down to the water. There is road noise as its right off the road. The creek really covers it up and at night its all creek and bug noises so its incredibly relaxing. This campground is not very private. We actually enjoyed chit chatting with the hosts and our neighbors so this was not a bad thing. If youre looking for exclusion, there are other sites up the road. We loved this campground. We did have to book months ahead of time. It was worth the wait!!!
