Absolutely love this campground! Hosts are super friendly, grounds are spotless, sites are beautiful, and boat dock perfect for launching ave runners!! This is our summer home away from home every year for the past 13 summers!

Campsite 49 was a nice site right on the waterfront with a large park like grassy area. Was almost perfectly level. Only drawback was phone service. I have att and had virtually no service. There was a spot in the park where you could get service.

Cathy, at the host gate, was very helpful. The park was super nice. We are still learning to navigate the web site, but we will get there. First time camping and had a sewer site, and the was great! We LOVE Defeated Campground.

The campground is very well maintained. The sites are large and beautifully set to enjoy the views. There are plentiful places to walk and hike. The lake was calm and we enjoyed kayaking as well.

Defeated Creek never disappoints. Roads into and out of the campground are easy to navigate. The campground is beautifully maintained and monitored. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sites are roomy and well situated for some semblance of privacy. The bathhouses / showers are kept clean and allow for privacy with added dressing area in front of shower stalls. They are also located conveniently to all areas of the campground. The only negative we found was the lack of cell service. It is practically nonexistent for both Verizon and T-Mobile. Deer viewing is a plus with herds wandering all around every evening. Be sure to check out the Creekview Cafe at the marina just outside the campground.

Absolutely loved our site. The only downfall was the skunk encounters. No one got sprayed but we couldnt go outside at night because they came around our site each night and I didnt want to take the chance

First time visitors to Defeated Creek Campground. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The campground had a really nice family-friendly vibe throughout our entire long weekend stay. Several campsites were waterfront and most had water views. Upon walking the entire campground, there are really no bad campsites in the entire park. We stayed in Site #15. We did have some minor issues regarding low-hanging tree limbs hitting the top of our fifth-wheel but we were able to climb on top of the camper to break-off some of the branches. We did report this to the check-in station but no one came to our site to address this issue.

Amazing campground. Definitely top of our list for future stays.

This spot was absolutely perfect. Close to the bathrooms/shower, perfect view of the water, shaded and a pull through. The park is quiet during the evening and the Marina next door has good food and lots of activities. You can even rent boats. Everyone is friendly and the campground is clean. This is my absolute favorite place to camp.

A beautiful and well maintained campground. Wish they would make all sites 50 amp.

Always enjoy Defeated Creek. Been camping there for over 20 years. They do need to get the skunk issue under control. If a rabid skunk ever comes in contact with a human or pet that could have very serious consequences.

Only stayed overnight as a stop during our travel. Have camped at numerous private as well as state, federal and COE parks. I must say Defeated Creek was the best rv park for rvs of any type I have visited. In addition it was the best maintained in every respect. Staff was also excellent. Plan to return for a week long stay as soon as possible.

We love it here, but the internet service is terrible, esp. for this day and age.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
