Very nice site not right next to another camper. Great water view with lots of grass to play for small kids.

We were on spot 90. It is an absolutely gorgeous spot but it is very steep decline getting into the spot. Luckily my husband was there to back Camper down .. I would not have been able to park it. I would say a Camper longer than 30 feet should NOT use the spot. If you are 30 feet are under, and are good at backing down declines, it is amazing! The camp sites are all very large. The bath houses are nice. The Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent.

A very pretty park in a very beautiful area of the country. Watch out for site # 90, it is steep if you are putting an RV on it.

What a great time we had at Defeated Creek.

I have been absent from camping for about 20 years but when we did camp...... Defeated Creek was always our favorite place to go. The level sites, amenities, lake & wildlife made it our preferred destination location for camping.

Now after going back 20 years later, I am glad to say it was just as I remembered . What a treat it was. A BIG Thanks! to all who make this awesome place what it is.

The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is we arrived after hours on the day we were to check in and the sun had already gone down. Upon arrival we had our code for the gate but initially could not find the key pad to be able to get in. Finally after trying to ring the buzzer at the entrance shack several times with no answer I was able to find the entrance key pad and make our way in. One other thing that would have been nice is to have some maps of the campsite available at the entrance.....there was a box......but no maps.

Thanks again for the restful week.....we will be back.....

Sincerely,

Randy

Everything about our stay was excellent. The host were very nice and very helpful. The only thing that I think it needs is more sewer sites. Just wish I had found this place sooner

Great park and kept spotless. Lots of wildlife to see and fish to catch! Make sure that you take your sweet corn with you to catch the giant carp from the bank! People here are great.
