Site 13 at the Pines is such a great site. Set back and feels so secluded. Cant wait for the next trip.

Once again we had an exceptional time at Damsite River! Restrooms were clean and in good repair. I really wish all the area Corp campgrounds would update their restroom/shower facilities to a design like at Damsite! The single stall behind locked door provides a sense of security while undressed and showering. The camp host was friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next trip to the campground.

The camp sites and restrooms were great. The 2 trout limit is the worse. If it doesnt get back to a 5 limit by October we be wont be back. I have camped there 2 times a year for 35 years.

We enjoyed the nice large site. Had good shade. I only wished it had sewer hook up. Very clean. We booked for another trip in August for 4 nights.

Not hard to differentiate the 2 campsites, like others said..either you book at The Pines (no water but 30 amp) or Riverview with water and 50 amp.. Pines was prettier, as nestled in the trees but Riverview was nice enough and close to the water, but no water views. We were in River site 3 and kinda close to entry, where people come to fish all day. But still quiet enoughTook a bit to wiggle in our 39 ft fifth wheelWe would come again and if so, wed pick River site number 12 as very private and in the back. Host met us and checked our America the Beautiful pass but was friendly and helpful. The main roads 67? Coming from Eureka Springs was very windy and up and down kinda scary road and leaving towards Missouri wasnt as bad. Overall, Nice park and alot of birds! Bathroom had hot showers and were cleaned often. You had to keep pushing a button for water though Kinda neat as close to Beaver Dam! Its huge. No hiking trail nearby.

We stayed on the A loop. Sites are spaced decently apart and most back up to water. There are not many sites on the A loop but would recommend it over the B loop. The restrooms were clean.

We stayed in the Pines loop. These sites only have electric. Water was available by the restroom. Speaking of restroom, it has 4 unisex restrooms/showers but only 2 were unlocked during our stay. The park was full because it was spring break week so it was very busy. There is only one dumpster for both loops and it was spilling over. The camp host were very nice and explained that the contract withe the trash service didnt start until April 1st.

The actual individual campsites are very nice! Spread out, paved with great pavilions. We stayed in 12 which was level but some like 7 are not level at all so must watch that. Also, the Fam alarm goes off way more than what shows online and often early in the morning. The turns to get to this campground are quite tight and the signage is very small and hard to spot. The potable water requires a long hose to reach which is also a bit of a pain. Our fire pit was full of ashes when we arrived and we had to ask the host to get it emptied to make a safe fire. The guys loved walking to the water and the peacefulness was perfect!

Normally its a nice place to stay. Despite It being winter and the water was shut off. No time to go camping in a tent, we were not prepared. Humidity was so high we froze. Someone tried to steal our kayak. White car. Beware of thieves. Bathrooms clean and no place to dump trash. We will be back when weather is pretty.

I hate to review this site for fear of it being over run. It is an absolutely gem. Quiet, friendly, comfortable. Site are not very private,but all the campers were so congenial that it wasnt a problem. Great fishing with a trail to the river right it of the campground. Electric at all sites. Hot showers. Cant ask for more.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
