Dam Site Lake Campground, AR - Latest Reviews, Photos & Campground Map
Dam Site Lake Campground in Carroll County is located 45 min east of Rogers, AR with an elevation of 1,155 feet. There are a total of 43 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of April to the end of October. 42 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 15 and 60 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 27 sites have electric and water hookups. 16 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $22.00 to $75.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, swimming. Activities include biking, fishing.
To improve the camping experience for our guests at all Beaver Lake campgrounds, the Check-Out time for campsite reservations will be adjusted from 3:00pm to 1:00pm on the day that reservation ends. This change will apply to all reservations beginning on or after April 1st, 2026, regardless of when the reservation was originally booked. Check-In time will remain 4:00pm on the day incoming reservations start.
The additional time before incoming reservation holders may check in will allow Park Attendants, Cleaners, and Park Ranger staff to ensure that outgoing guests have not only vacated their sites, but that the facilities are fully operational, clean, and prepared to welcome incoming guests.

What a wonderful campground! We loved everything about Dam site, spacious sites, clean restrooms, and beautiful views. The gentleman at the check-in booth was super helpful, friendly, and very informative. We only wish the campground were closer to our home.

This is the 5th time to this campground and THIS is the site we like the most. Site 18 is identical to site 17. It's freshly remodeled, can hold a large 5er plus a boat, plus your truck. Level and spacious, concrete and blacktop, easy to back in to. 50 amp elec and water (although currently the website is not showing this). It's on the north side of the island out of the strong south winds, which we found is the place to be when the strong winds out of the south will "rock your boat" if you're on the south side of the island. Cooler weather, winds out of the north, our pick would be sites 36 or 38 on the south side of the island.

Beaver Lake Dam Site is the only place I camp. The one complaint I have is the new 1:00pm checkout. I understand the reason but still dont like it. The camp host is great!!!

This camp ground beats them all. Fred the camp host was very friendly, helpful and good at his job. The camp spots are top notch, clean and nearly all spots are water front. The restrooms are clean and stalked. We will definitely be back!

Great campground near scenic Eureka Springs. Plenty of places to eat and the Lovell Estate Winery is worth a visit!

This is a beautiful lake and campground, lots of fishing going on. Be aware firewood or ice is NOT sold on site. We originally booked site #2 but it is so tiny and uneven that the host found another site for us to transfer to.

Campers were rude, letting their kids scream. Couldnt even open our front door without encountering five screaming kids. They hung their hammocks way too close to our front door. They were camped across the street. There was a burn band and people didnt pay any attention to it.. dogs running loose.

Very clean, no trash, and the bathrooms were the best I've encountered! The attendant at the front was very helpful. Best place I've stayed!

This COE park feels like it has been left off the renovation and updates list for a considerable time, or management doesnt care about the campers experience have at other campgrounds like COE Old Hwy 86 Campground. The bathroom/washroom were barely clean and much in needed renovation, fire pits left uncleaned, many sites almost impossible to level given the size of todays campers and poor signage. The dump station is not even in the campground (no signs where was is located and attendant said nothing nor gave a map), it was covered in leaves and debris and can only have 1 vehicle at a time or will be sticking out in the highway.

The pictures are not accurate, it has been paved over and is NOT tent friendly at all. This campsite is very much designed for a camper/RV.

Great location beautiful views spacious sites, skip the Dogwood Overlook trail it is not well maintained or marked. The Beaver Dam overlook has great views of the dam and lake. Lake Leatherwood City Park is an easy hike to the dam and a pretty area. Eureka Springs is an interesting town to visit. The Mystery and Intrigue theater magic show is very entertaining and a fun evening!
