Great location beautiful views spacious sites, skip the Dogwood Overlook trail it is not well maintained or marked. The Beaver Dam overlook has great views of the dam and lake. Lake Leatherwood City Park is an easy hike to the dam and a pretty area. Eureka Springs is an interesting town to visit. The Mystery and Intrigue theater magic show is very entertaining and a fun evening!

Pretty area but be careful when you make your reservation. Not all sites have water hookups and pads are not level at many of the sites.

Even though this site is not directly on the water, you still have a very nice view of the water from the site. Close enough to the bathrooms but not too close. Site has plenty of space so you don't have neighbors that are too close.

This campground is my favorite. We now have water and 50 amp hookups. Dump station is across the road from the campground.

My family and I love this lake. We have been coming to this campsite for 28 years. I cant believe its been that long. Time does fly by fast. The camp grounds now have flushables bathrooms and showers. This is something the campsite didnt have back in the day. We would leave the camp grounds to go shower down by the Dam store. I now bring my 3 grandkids to camp. They also love the lake. We went canoeing this year. Was the first time for all three grandkids. Their ages, girl 12 boy almost 12 and little man 7 years old. They had a awesome time canoeing. We camp this year in late July. Was late to get camp site. We took what we could get as far as the date goes. It was hot, we just swam more. We still had a great time. We will be back next year. Newman Family!!!

We made reservations for site in January but when we arrived a trailer was in our site. had to wait for an hour before they moved out. reservation system is great as long as camp host verifies people are in the correct sites.
