Nice spot. Very level. Campground is dry (no water hook up) after Oct 31. Be aware of sharp turn coming into campground.

The campsite was shady and level with plenty of space for the RV and tents. The only problem is that poison ivy was all around the edge of the camp and also on the edge of the path to the lake.

Filthy restrooms and overflowing trash.I tried 3 or 4 times to catch the attendant but they were never in the booth. Consumer cellular 1-2 bars of coverage outside my RV and zero inside.

We enjoyed our camping trip, the bathroom showers had no cold water and could definitely be a turn on know rather than the push button. Unfortunately while we were visiting someone stole nearly all of our cold groceries from our ice chest. It was discouraging to realize someone had stolen stuff from our campsite.

The campground was nice and quiet. The campsites were very spacious. Shower house was clean. Our stay was very enjoyable!

Campground is clean and well maintained. It would be nice if the showers were air conditioned. And more hiking trails would be nice. But overall a pleasant stay. The river is beautiful!Don't forget to check out the zip lines.

Other than no showers ir restrooms at the 1st campground down from the dam,it is fine. This time of year you will need to walk or drive to the next camp ground down river, for showers and bathrooms.

Clean, quite spot to camp. Plenty of space. I would stay here again, as we prefer staying in federal and state campgrounds rather than private RV parks. The camp host was very friendly and helpful. He made the rounds several times a day to check the campgrounds and picked up trash in the mornings.

This is a beautiful park with plenty of activities. Our only issue was no water at the RV site. Just wish we had known before booking. However, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet and beautiful.

Our stay at Dam Site River Campground was brief but really nice. Our site was nice and roomy. We had water and electric hookups. It was really quiet and nestled in a nice shaded area.

Beautiful country, but the roads getting there with a camper were a nightmare. Our campsite was beautiful, and we enjoyed the surrounding country. When we left the campground with the camper, the dump station was full, and there were no attendants on duty even though it was the middle of the morning. Very, very inconvenient.

Wonderful place. Excellent shoreline trout fishing.
