We have been sharing our time here with friends on NYE for years. We never have had bad times. Fishing is good

Campground was quiet, off season. Liked that. A bit further out from town than optimal.

The website reported the site had water, but the water did not work/ was turned off. Which was not noted on the website.

When we arrived, we found the trash container not only overflowing, but scattered for quite a distance. Ugh. The campground is divided into two loops - both have restroom/shower houses, but for some reason only one was open. It would not have been difficult to have one room open in the upper loop for the convenience of those camped near the boat landing.

Nice little area right by the river, this park was the closest to the damn and the sirens. We had a nice time.

Great area to camp! Nice clean restrooms and good showers. My family had 4 spots, 8,9,10, and 11 and they were all good spots. Only complaint we had was the grass was not mowed and was knee high in places. Weather was perfect so no excuse for the grass not being mowed.

Great location. Right on the River. Easy access to fish, kayak, canoe or just enjoy the scenery.

When I arrived that evening, it was peaceful and quiet. However, the next morning there were several wild children going up and down the campsite area just downstream from the camp site I visited. They made a lot of noise screaming and yelling that it totally ruined the ambiance of the park. I was surprised that this nuisance was tolerated.

Park Rangers seem to be more concerned with fishing and time off. Price is for water and showers available. Neither were available. Also no trash dumpster or trash cans available. Won't go back. Maybe summer time is better but I will never find out. Should have been a ZERO.

The host was on site, active, friendly, and I felt he was accessible if the need arose, and what was also really, really nice--the bathroom I used (in the middle of the very cold night) was not only open (unlocked), but CLEAN and WARM!!.

We had a great time as always here! My husband and my dad stayed the week and I cam up both weekends. This is one our very favorite campgrounds in this area, its always clean and quiet, the attendants and rangers are nice and helpful...this place is great!

the site was very spacious and enjoyed the fishing on the river, close to the bathrooms and nice to have water and electric on the site
