Ammenities were excellent and customer service was superb. Called in to change site and was helped curteously and immediately.

Site #36 at the pines is a good spot. We really enjoyed our time there. Our camp host came by every day to see if we needed anything. The bathrooms were clean. They could use some updating.

We had site 36, best one most private, burn ban so we couldnt have a fire, nice camping.Since check in time isnt till 4 they should make sure the site is clean, The shower house needs to be cleaner, no trash dumpster at Pines, they need one. Attendants were never at booth. Did see Ranger come through once. Is a very beautiful place to camp, you have White River & Beaver Lake, Lake Leatherwood, Eureka Springs all in just a few short miles. Plenty to do!

Great campsite!!! The host/gentleman who stopped by to check on us was friendly and kind!!! Will definitely be be back!!!

Our power kept going off for hours at a time, then it would come back on for a short while.We had no idea who to contact with the issue. We checked the power at the campsite next to us and it was working. It was campsite #36 in the pines. I'm glad I have a good battery in our camper so at least our heater worked.

Unable to get in contact with campground host or park ranger (whose number was left at the gatehouse for additional help). Fire ring was overflowing with debris so we were unable to make a fire safely. No dumpster for trash to be taken to. Its very frustrating to pay for a nice campground with amenities and dont get to utilize the amenities.

Lot #36 Pines campground. it is peaceful. Bathroom are dirty. Please bring your own hand soap, toliet seat covers paper, sandals and firewood. T -mobile has no reception.

I love Dam Site River campground below Beaver Lake Dam and on the tailwaters of the White River. I love camping there especially when the wind is in the pines. Campsites not too crowded together, with the even # campsites on the river with river access for some for those that fish. Year around bathhouse that is kept clean and in great condition. I use this campground as a "base camp" for tons of outdoor activities close by. Paddle Beaver Lake, Lake Leatherwood and the White River. Lots of hiking and trail biking opportunities. Eureka Springs and all its shops and stuff to do is only 9 miles. Just an all around great campground in beautiful Northwest Arkansas!
