This a pretty, quiet campground. The camp host is a very pleasant young lady. Bathrooms are very nice. My problem is that you CANNOT see the river from any camp site, which is very misleading. There aren't even descent paths from camp sites to the river except the main road. Just wasn't what we were expecting.

Really enjoyed the park, very well kept up, close to the White River. Bathrooms were very clean, used them more than once. Dump station very close, in good location when leaving, overall would highly suggest and look forward to returning too again

Beautiful park near the Beaver Lake Dam. The frustrating park of our stay was that the water was not turned on, even with several days of above freezing weather. We were told that the water would be turned on 1 April regardless of temperature. We paid for water and electric site and only had electric with no discount or attempt to offer us water. We may return but during dates that water is turned on.

Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed by this campground. We spoke with the campground host and he was very helpful. The bathroom and showers were clean. The water in the river was shallow and clear our first day there. Around 7 am the next day a loud horn went off, signaling that they were going to be releasing water from the dam. Not long thereafter the water was released and the levels in the river went up about 6 feet. It came nowhere near any of the campsites so that is not a concern. We just found it pretty amazing. There are signs warning people to exit the water when that horn sounds, though. Best to heed those signs.

Nice quiet area. Pads are pretty narrow so when you exit camper you have an extra 3-4 inch drop of of your step because it extends off the paved pad.

My biggest complain would be signage. It is very difficult to find this place. Once you are site, there are no hosts, the office is closed and you have to guess where the bottom two campgrounds are. Dam Site and the Pines. This is an old campground and larger rigs are very difficult to maneuver in to place. The road is basically single lane with very little turning room. We were here in August and really were excited to get into Beaver Lakehowever, beaches were closed due to Ecoli. I was really looking forward to this campground but was left wanting something different. The people who stay here are very nice and friendly. We had a lot of conversations. The bath houses were cleaned regularly and I was not afraid to visit them. The electric and water was great. Just not a lot to do in the area. But hey, the price is right.

Campground was clean, peaceful, and close to all the sights I wanted to visit in Eureka Springs.

Opening the dam early in the morning killed the fishing.

#3 was a great camp site. Covered picnic tables were nice. Fishing was good right after water generation.
