We love camping at the dam site during the summer months! We thought wed give the winter months a go, but the site was not cared for during the winter months.

My husband and I have camped here many times. What keeps us coming back is the beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and easy fishing. It's close to home but feels far away.

Excellent camping spot! The river was a quick walk away and it was only a short drive to the lake. Super quiet campground. The only negative is that the shower didn’t work in the bathroom I was in and the dumpster was pretty fragrant in the evenings.

Nice campground with spaced out campsites, right on the river with good fishing access. We were there in March, and there was nowhere to put trash, no dumpster or receptacles anywhere. Some campsites have very unlevel pads, and some of the pads are not straight. Sites around the outer edge seemed to have better pads, more space, and more shade. Facilities were good with flush toilets and hot water, but were not kept very clean by staff (or patrons).
