There are a total of 38 campsites including 4 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 34 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 35 and 80 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $12.00 to $20.00. Some amenities include flush toilets. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.
Morganton Point Campground is located in the Blue Ridge Ranger District, Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests (1 hr 9 min southeast of Cleveland, TN) with an elevation of 1,827 feet. There are a total of 41 campsites including 8 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 33 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 30 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Monte Sano Campground is part of Monte Sano State Park in Alabama (just 25 min east of Huntsville, AL) with an elevation of 1,623 feet. There are a total of 101 campsites including 26 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 75 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 45 and 105 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 12 months in advance.
