Our site backed up to the lake, which made for a nice setting. The park itself needs a lot of TLC. The covered shelter roof was full of holes. The shower facility was in poor repair. The location is great for visiting relatives in Georgetown, otherwise we would likely look elsewhere.

A wee bit tight for a 40' class A. They need to trim more branches. Site 31 was lovely, once we got the rig backed up without hitting the overhanging branches! Tight but nice!

Took the camper out. Great amenities to include electric, water, shade structure with table, firepit, and restroom facilities. There is a pretty good trail.

Choose your site carefully as some are not very level, front to back. And some have very steep drop offs where pavement ends, making your steps high above the ground.Other areas of the park are wonderful. Restrooms are always clean and trails are very good. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We have visited this and many other parks and the staff at this location have been the most unfriendly and unkind. We visit this park annually with our troop and this year we encountered a completely different experience. One that has be a deciding factor for our future visits. We will no longer stay at this park. They will not work with you. Which has not be our experience in the past. Very disappointing and created lots of inconveniences for our entire trip. If you plan on staying here you better be sure its in alignment with their schedules as there is 0 room for adjustment.

Easy check in, beautiful and clean campsites

Nice park with an abundance of cedar trees. The asphalt pads in a lot of sites is damaged and drops off significantly. Watch out, be careful as tripping, falling off these damaged areas could cause a major physical injury or even damage your RV if an axle or two drops off the pad.Bathrooms are outdated and not maintained very well. In comparison to Live Oak in Belton which gets cleaned daily, these restrooms are forgotten and it shows

Bathroom near pur site was closed. No alert. Really impacted our disabled neighbor who had selected his site to negotiate the restroom with his walker. The day we arrived the womens restroom at the side was closed due to plumbing issues Very inconvenient for an entire campground to share one mens room! We have camped here many times but this is the worst facility maintenance we have encountered.

I love this park but there are a lot of full timer there that really takes away from the whole camping experience and makes the park look like a full timer park rather than a weekend camping trip. I wonder how so many get to basically live there?

Great area, beautiful views over looking lake georgetown. I was impressed with the solid pavillion on each site as well as solid fire ring and clean grill. Only downside was the campsite I was in had the BRIGHTEST street lamp that never turned off. Great for visibility not so great for sleeping. Other than that very clean restrooms and will be back.

Awesome sites, only drawback is if youre camping minimal with a tent and not much else its a little pricey. Other than that its a great park and plenty to do while youre there.

Great campground. Close to any store you can think of. Super cheap propane 15 min away at Suburban Propane. Everything is close by, but it feels like youre in the middle of nowhere.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
