Great time

I love this park but there are a lot of full timer there that really takes away from the whole camping experience and makes the park look like a full timer park rather than a weekend camping trip. I wonder how so many get to basically live there?

We have stayed here many times with no issues. This time restrooms were filthy. Toilets and showers are in poor condition and in need of repair. Shower water was cold.

Cedar Breaks Park was a very nice place to stay. The view from our campsite was beautiful! The area was very clean and the other campsites were far enough apart to offer some privacy. It was very peaceful there.

Great place to stay to see and do things ina and around the Georgetown area. The lakeview camp sites provide a pleasant view of the lake.

Person at entry station wasnt able to answer questions about hiking/biking in the area, nor was he able to share whether we could renew for another night. He said he didnt have access to his computer. I realize I could access this info on the website, but I was hoping he could give me more detailed info.

Site 23 is great. But lots of other very nice campsites. Views of water, sites nestled in woods, many choices.

Absolutely beautiful park with beautiful views of the lake. We had a lake view spot that could not have been better for what we wanted. The campsite was clean and well maintained, but keep in mind there was a significant slope to the lake and the fire ring was a bit down from the covered picnic table, but that was not a problem for us at all. Water and electric, and a VERY nice covered picnic table, and a nice sturdy charcoal grill all very accessible. I absolutely would camp here again. There is also an HEB very close by, but you do not feel like you are right there in the city.

The park is clean and well managed. We loved the spacious sites and manicured lawn. Lots of shade and scenic views of the lake. The facilities were well kept. We will stay at cedar breaks again and again.

We had site 23 and were very happy with it. Level, roomy and with a beautiful view of the lake.

They had been closed a full week prior for maintenance. I dont know what they maintained because the bathrooms were disgusting, urine all around the urinals, dead flies and gnats covered everything, one shower in each of the two mens room areas were broken, and the pavilions at each camp site sorely need new roofs. Our site was unusable in the rain, major leaks all over the place. The roofing tiles are missing, as is the tar paper, which leaves no protection from the rain. Until they get these fixed the wood will continue to rot and cost even more. And the cost to camp went up $4! Use that money to actually maintain this place. As-is, I can no longer recommend this as a place to camp.

Our stay at Cedar Breaks was very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the activity on the lake and going into Georgetown. The restrooms could definitely use updating, though. We'll be back!

Great place overall. Bathrooms need refurbished in the worst way. Just a push button for luke warm water does not a great shower make. For nice walks, great scenery, relatively large sites though, Cedar Breaks is a very nice park. Good spot for day trips to Central Texas beauty.

We stayed in site 23. It was stated as 55' long. However, our 36' motorhome barely fit on a level part of the drive. It is a beautiful and park. Hoping for rain so the lake is replenished.

Amazing park with excellent camp spots and wonderful views of the lake. The only negative is the bathrooms are dirty and smell bad. It is a shame, as otherwise, the park is a perfect 5 stars!

The park is in a great location with lots of cedar trees. Many sites are very unlevel and the asphalt has been eroded from the edges. What was unacceptable was the condition of the restrooms - they were dirty with trash left in them for multiple days.

Love the covered picnic tables! was pleasantly surprised at the number of campers for the second week of January. Only one sink in the bathroom was working but that was fine. will be back someday.
