This is one of our favorite parks! The access to the cool, clean water of Lake Georgetown makes this campground a Must-Do. Facilities are always well kept and clean. Staff is responsive, polite, and welcoming.

I love this park. It is always the best. I would add one thing is that if there is an issue while you were at the park, it seems there should be a local phone number to call.

Bathrooms were very dirty...not clean. Worse bathrooms I have ever experienced for cleanest.

A wonderful campground, RV sites well-separated, some with outstanding views of the lake. Pads were not completely level, but close enough. Liked the picnic table & shelters. Restrooms were not super-clean, but adequate. Army Corps of engineer parks never fail to please, and senior discounts are a big plus - great value.

Bathhouse could be cleaner, park was tidy, quiet, and peaceful so close to the city but so tranquil! Appreciated the accessible trash dumpsters on way out.

Bathrooms were really terrible. Views were great. Campground was peaceful and felt secure. Flies were a terrible problem. Drop-off from site pad/asphalt was dangerous in several sites due to erosion and present a tripping hazard.

We had an amazing camp site with a view of the lake. Wish it was easier to get to the water than having to go all the way down the road for a dip in the water. Loved all the shade trees. Got to see some deer and the birds were very chirpy. Easy access to water, electric and even bathrooms. Camp was clean and quite. One of my favorite places to camp. Highly recommend.

We really like the Recreation.gov campgrounds. We have stayed at Jim Hogg, Cedar Breaks and Wilson H. Fox. All have been great but Cedar Breaks is my favorite. On the water, large sites and lots of trees. Not too far from Georgetown if you need supplies or want to go to a restaurant, etc.

We really enjoy cedar breaks, however, the sites are in desperate need of repair. The asphalt is eroding to a dangerous situation at most of the sites

Everything is good. 50A service is always good and stable. It is ashame that half the park is closed for clean up and repairs. All the sites are easy back in with enough for the tow vehicle to park. Most sites have enough room for and extra car. Because of the virus, the main gate is not always occupied, but the Park Host are close by and usually making their rounds. Nice trail to hike. Nice view from the dam you can walk across. This is our go to park for a quite weekend.
