Need to trim the trees on the way out. Hanging too low and over the road. Scratching the side and roof of the RV

The campground was quiet and secluded. There were few people camping which made for a perfect setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful and the campground has access to the lake. Trails around the lake were fun to explore. Would highly recommend staying here out of season.

Hosts were excellent. They were able to help us switch sites once we arrived with no problem. Lake is very pretty with lots of Pelicans to check out.

One of our favorite state parks. Easy reservations, attendants are very friendly and sites are well kept.

We had beautiful views of the lake and sunset. Host was wonderful. Saw alot of deer in the evenings.

nice quite park, however the trees need trimming in some spots, I backed in #7 and put a 5 in hole in my upper left side of the trailer because the branches were to low ,I still had 4 feet to back up

Nice, spacious sites, very pretty, quiet site. The staff was very helpful when we called ahead to say that we would be arriving after the office closed, and again when we reported a couple of things that needed repairs.

This has always been a great spot for myself when traveling through the area. The Facility is clean and the staff has always been extremely helpful, beautiful piece of land and always some deer running around.

Always love camping in Sowell Creek, it would be nice to find a way to have less grass burs. Also stop folks from going through and renting spot 54 just on Saturdays so if they change their minds, they aren't out a lot of money. I know you can see who they are, and this keeps others who really want to camp there as well from being able too. I also would love to see loop 5 stay open till the end of October and maybe into November. It has most of the 50 amps and it is close to the water that is safe for children.

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to spend some time and recharge Sowell Creek is a great place to camp, it's nice and people are respectful when camping down here. The spots a spaced out really nicely so you don't have someone 5 feet from your site. I have been here many times over the years and still enjoy spending time here.
