Very clean campground. Grass mowed and nice campsites. Park host are friendly. Rangers aren't a pain like a lot of parks. Only complaint is the Raccoons. All parks need to do something with them. They are aggressive and and get into everything. Tear your stuff up. I understand and support wildlife but not when it's too the point you can't leave nothing sitting anywhere. They will get on the table with you sitting there. That's a hazard in my opinion but the park was great for our stay and recommend it to anyone.

Quiet, clean, and friendly workers and campers all around.

Our site was beautiful and the staff was precious. Our spot was peaceful. The only issue we had was the many many little ants we went and got something from Lowes but they were all in camper, cars, and boat.

The grass needs to be mowed. It was very tall and looked unsightly.

Excellent camp ground. One of the best that I have been to. Beautiful trees and spacious parking spots. The bathrooms have showers and AC!

The pavilion was perfect and shady, the spot was wonderfully close to the bathrooms and volleyball court, and the walk to the beach area was easy and made our day on the lake extra fun!

#D20 is a little crowded up with #E02. It looks more spacious on the map than it really is. No complaints other than that. It was a holiday weekend but everyone was great. We are repeating campers and will be back. We love Clear Springs.

Sites are always clean and inviting. Camp hosts are friendly and courteous. Plenty of shade with wildlife sightings daily. We have met many locals who camp there. It has become our favorite place to camp.

First time at Clear Springs, definitely not our last. We had a great shaded site looking over the water. Til next time..

The park itself is clean and staff is very friendly! We stayed in rock shelters where can have protection from storms! We can also lock our doors! Love it here! Bathrooms are a lil far away tho!

The place is nice, clean. But there were a lot of people loudly partying playing very loud music. There was a guy right next to us playing very loud music almost all day and night. We were hoping he will leave soon but he reserved his place for many months ahead. Looks like he lives on the campground.

I was greeted by the host who was very friendly and very helpful. He let me know if there was anything he could do to help our gathering just let him know. He pointed out the facilities that were available at the picnic area I had rented.

Camped here 2 nights and the views of the lake from our site was absolutely beautiful. The campground was clean and super well kept. We would definitely stay here again. The campsites are pretty close together, but that did not bother us.

We stayed in the older section which has large spaces out sites. The pad site was level and we had plenty of room to ourselves. A25.

We always enjoy camping at Clear Springs. You will see deer roaming through the campsites every day. It is a quiet relaxing atmosphere and always see people youknow.
@AngelaP4535093 · Camped on May 23, 2025 at Campsite #A23
This was a last minute decision and happy there was availability. There is no covering on the picnic benches, so be prepared to have a way to hang outside lighting on the trees or camper area. There is also a day fee use for the swimming area that we were not made aware of prior to booking. The area itself its calming and beautiful. If tent camping, you want to make sure you get the shadiest spot. Overall experience was good.

Nice spot to relax and watch the sunset over the water. Level sites with plenty of room.

This was our second stay at Clear Springs as a waypoint between Houston and Mountain Home Arkansas where our new grandbaby is.We love how quiet this campground was. Clean bathroom and showers if needed since there arent sewer hookups but a dump station. Great sites with good space around and between others.A nice little nature trail for dog walks too.Rained a lot so we didnt get to try fishing out much but enjoyed a great Mexican food restaurant called Loca Luna for Cinco de Mayo recommended by the gate volunteer.

Verizon phone service did not work, text messages if you walk toward the lake. Raccoon's at night. Campsite 09 really close. You can't see the water from this site. Other than that we enjoyed our time and were very happy.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
