Clear Spring Campground in Bowie County is located just 19 min southwest of Texarkana, TX with an elevation of 259 feet. There are a total of 104 campsites including 15 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 87 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 85 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 88 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $200.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Gorgeous park with lots of mature pines. We stayed in E13. I would pick a different spot next time. Our rig faced so many spaces across from us. Its more parallel to the road. Keep in mind there are no dumpsters for your trash or recycling.

Nice and quiet campground, I stay in oo8 right on the water. Great site for my travel trailer, plenty of room. Stayed for 4 nights. There was a burn ban on, so no campfires but it was still nice at night to star gaze. Would stay there again

Nice hosts and nice campground, would visit again. The assigned site was a little tight for my 40' fifth wheel though :-(

We only stayed one night but it was definitely a nice campground. We were in B05. Electric and water with convenient dump station on the way out. Easy back in site and opportunities to disconnect the toad before getting to the site. Friendly and helpful staff at the entrance. Had to level side to side but nothing more than average adjustments. NOTE: The website for the campground definitely warns of a route to avoid getting to the campground because of a high railway crossing. We got sidetracked due to construction and ended up crossing the track. Luckily we had clearance! Yikes! Lesson learned there. We did have opportunities to get back to suggested route, but were not aware of the importance of doing so.

Phone reception at the gate was spotty at best and I arrived after hours and had no after hours check in at the gate. Had to travel way back out of the woods to get reception and find a gate code. Other than that it was all good .

If your music is over a whisper be prepared for a host to threat you with calling the law. New years eve before quite time at around 7;30 the park host claimed we are to loud and threatened to call the police . Talked with several other campers that had the same problem.
