Clear Spring Campground in Bowie County is located just 19 min southwest of Texarkana, TX with an elevation of 259 feet. There are a total of 104 campsites including 15 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 87 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 85 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 88 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $200.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Nice level spots. Water,electricity and sewer@ E009. Close to bathrooms. Showers individual, not a group setting.

My camp site was clean, but the shore line was very littered. I picked up a trash bag full. The sites are setup with the covered table on the side of the electric and water. Make sure to take extensions with you. The camp host was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would like to return sometime.

Very peaceful site, D12, surrounded by tall pines and very close to bathhouse. This site had full hook ups with 30 amp power. Gate house people were very friendly.

Our time there was very nice. Sites need some updating but park was nice. Well kept bathrooms need updating but were clean.

Beautiful park and great facilities. Not the best for tent camping in the A loop as it is not very level. Other areas looked good though. Overall a very nice park. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful COE campground! Clean, quiet, and right on the lake with big shady sites. Easy RV access, nice bathhouses, and plenty of deer around. Great place to relax well definitely stay again!

Nice campground. Hosts were friendly and kept the camp sites clean however, the table could stand a cleaning, chiggers were a problem when sitting. Shopping was within easy driving distance. Cell service was excellence.

The park is very nice. Our site had minimal shade in the morning and zero in the afternoon. The picture did not indicate that at all. We basically had to stay inside in the afternoon because it was too hot.

I am from Texarkana. Lived there all my life. I now live in Arizona but come back to see my kids and grandkids. I love Wright Patman Lake and my favorite campground is Clear Springs. The grounds are always clean, bathrooms are taken care of (need a/c during the summer),the hosts are all really friendly, all in all it is great. This year we saw pelicans, which I had never seen there before. A great place to camp. I highly recommend this campground.

Nice campsite with layouts that support tent, car, or RV camping well. Clean and well kept spaces (including bathrooms). Entry to our pre-booked site was quick and easy with friendly park staff. It was a bit busy (not surprising), but still fairly peaceful. We saw deer, blue herron, igrets, racoons, and an armadillo.

Very nice campground with many shady sites, 30 and 50 amp good water.They also have 2 dump stations which is very handy when its busy.

Clear Springs is our favorite COE! The sites are well kept, staff are friendly and the campground is beautiful.
