Clear Spring Campground in Bowie County is located just 19 min southwest of Texarkana, TX with an elevation of 259 feet. There are a total of 104 campsites including 15 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 87 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 85 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 88 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $14.00 to $200.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Excellent site on the lake but not much hiking other than pavement, a couple parks within a mile or two but not trail connected

We stayed in a covered Shelter, C12, in the Winter and rain. We were able to fit 3 queen beds and a twin, but it was snug. It was a good time. The park is always well-maintained and its lovely seeing everyone walking their dogs and riding bikes. The price is hard to beat as well at $32 a night in a covered shelter. Enjoy this park everytime. For tent campers, A22 is also a good site. Its quick walking distance to the restroom and park.

The campsite is very clean and the pine trees are well spaced. The lake is a good place to fish relax and take him the sunshine.

Beautiful location, quiet, and great place to unwind. Shutters on shelters need to be placed outside of window frame and screen to prevent rain from coming in. Wonderful place to get outta town.

Great views. Park was clean and quiet. Site had 30 amp electrical and water. Nice picnic table. Would stay here again!!

Nice spacing between campsites. We were there when the pine trees were dropping their needles. Lots of needles. Had to vacuum every time we took the dogs out.

Sites were very clean and tended daily. Showers and restrooms had stains from years of use, but were very clean. Staff was personable and professional. We love this campground.

Clear Springs section is one of our favorites to camp especially on our way to Arkansas park and rest rooms are exceptionally clean. Easy access to the city of Texarkana. D section has full hooks up would like to have 50-amp service for our larger RV TRAILER. B section has 50 amp service and larger narrow sites but no sewer connections, D section is heavily pine wooded all "back in sites" numerous ones the asphalt has buckled not level, and most sites are narrow in all sections. Most sites in D section have limited use to satellite services due to number of trees.
