We only stayed one night but it was definitely a nice campground. We were in B05. Electric and water with convenient dump station on the way out. Easy back in site and opportunities to disconnect the toad before getting to the site. Friendly and helpful staff at the entrance. Had to level side to side but nothing more than average adjustments. NOTE: The website for the campground definitely warns of a route to avoid getting to the campground because of a high railway crossing. We got sidetracked due to construction and ended up crossing the track. Luckily we had clearance! Yikes! Lesson learned there. We did have opportunities to get back to suggested route, but were not aware of the importance of doing so.

Great views. Park was clean and quiet. Site had 30 amp electrical and water. Nice picnic table. Would stay here again!!

We live coming to Clear Springs! It's our 6/7th time from MN. The 50 amp breaker was bad and it was very cold so it was badly needed!

Always nice to get away and enjoy being outdoors -- Clear Springs is my wife and I place to go we enjoy the B section so we can be close to the water ..

We stayed 4 nights in B5. While our site was not on the lake, it was higher on a hill overlooking the lake. Had to back uphill to get into the site & it sloped sideways. B loop was along the lake, yet in the pines, while A loop is in the open along the lake. D & E loops in away from the lake in the pines. Campground roads are narrow & can be difficult to navigate if there are vehicles parked along the road. Camp hosts were very nice.

Shady spots from tall trees. Be sure and spray for ants if staying more than a day or so. Starling could not see the North sky from our site B05. However we used Verizon hot spots from our phones. We enjoyed our 3 nights here in the hottest part of Texas Summer.

I had rented the group camp site for my Sons Graduation Party I was told that they would have the pavilion unlocked by 9 am that morning. No one had opened it by 10 when we finally was able to get someone to come open it way after 11 the lady had acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking to have it unlocked. The party had to be set up by 12 and it took everything we had to pull it off. I was stressed and very upset because we had a lot of things to set up and do. Not sure if I will be ever renting thats group camp site again due to the way I was told one thing and then 2 hours later then what I was told I was inconveniencing the lady to even be doing her job. If youre going to be there to help her in the park you should be willing to do anything and everything for your customers meaning if you promise to have it open by nine to have it open by nine and not be upset with us the customers because weve asked you to do some thing that you were supposed of done
