Beautiful campground, great host. Only complaint is that the OHVers could be heard racing around the dunes of Oregon National Recreation Area next door.

Typical national park campground. The biggest issue we had was that we expected to be able to fill our water tank, and also dump our grey and black tanks. These were up the road 5 miles at another campground, which we didn't realize until we were parked and set up.

We love Lagoon camp ground. But its not cool to walk into the bathrooms and they are nasty. The urinals are yellow and stinky. I mean, dont you guys supply the can host with a brush to clean with?

Quiet & clean campground with beautiful scenery. We really wish there were showers here but other than that, this campground is one of the best we've stayed at.

T-Mobile service was spotty. Starlink worked great. Picked wild Salal berries right in our campsite. Like a blueberry, not as flavorful but good antioxidants. Very quite campground. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Spent two nights.

I have been coming to this campground for several years and discovered it by accident. I love this place and the beach. As usual, there was small amounts of garbage in my campsite. I have come to accept this just about anywhere I go. I left it looking better than when I arrived. I was there for 3 nights and never once saw the campground host. I saw a Forest Service truck go by a couple times but that was it. The bathroom smells foul and always has. I will continue to visit this campground as it is one of my favorite refuges. I was able to video gray whales from the beach on this most recent visit.

Nice secluded site. Blue Herons at the lagoon right behind site. I was concerned about hearing ATVs at dunes but we could not hear them at all.

Potable water was great, site was meant more for an RV. Tent camping was fine but a little tight

Bathroom was filthy , speeding vehicles thru park including electric bikes , grass needed cutting bad , downed trees in some spots , people were shooting off fire works and very load parties until 2 in the morning . We love this park and stay here every year and usually enjoy it but not this trip we were very disappointed at our stay

Campground and camp site were clean and relatively quiet (given it was the 4th of July weekend.) Toilet facilities were nice and well maintained. Hikes were easily accessed and a nice variety. While we were adjacent to the ORV trails, the noise was generally easy to tune out and rarely were any machines run after hours, so it was not an issue.

Great campsite with actual clean restrooms. Our site had a small easy trail leading directly to the lagoon which was lovely. Only downsides were some of the water facilities weren't functional (such as the water fountain and mens sink) and the ATV noises from the dunes were loud at times, thankfully those stopped about when it got dark.

Stayed in #33, one tent, one pop-up canopy, still had room for another tent. It rained a little, so some of used our car setups & slept in our cars. Theres a nice trail to the very uncrowded beach, about 3 miles round trip. Also a nice trail around the campground for an evening stroll after dinner. Running water & flushing toilets a plus, wish there were showers.

Bathrooms and campsites were clean. Host was friendly. It would be great if camping at Lagoon included a parking pass for the dunes down the road. Thanks!

The hike to the beach is wonderful, and the local ecosystem is vibrant and beautiful.

Campground was amazing! Very clean and quiet. The caretaker was very helpful, kept us from setting up our tent in a flooding zone in the site we chose. Surrounded by water and very close to the ocean.

The best thing about the Lagoon Campground is its old-school campground level of service which keeps all the big RV sh*t (full of people expecting hot showers, dump stations and electrical hookups) far away, where they belong. DONT change this. In fact, make things even more primitive and charge less.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
