there was a little dog poo in our site and a smelly poo bucket but other than that it was good!

Typical national park campground. The biggest issue we had was that we expected to be able to fill our water tank, and also dump our grey and black tanks. These were up the road 5 miles at another campground, which we didn't realize until we were parked and set up.

Beautiful campground. I was disappointed and shocked that the federal campgrounds do not honor Military National Park Passes. These people have served their country and cant get a break for their camp sites?

Camp host was excellent. Grounds were very clean and bathrooms were very clean. Well kept area next to the lagoon

Campground is very nice but it's very close to the OHV area. We heard them all day and as late as midnight. It was tolerable but undesirable from our viewpoint. We wouldn't stay there again.

The campground is nice however could be better, what I mean is the grass was grown all around the picnic table at least 12 inch, could have used a weed eating. You could tell the grass was mowed however all the cut grass was left in the picnic area of the camp site. There was a pile of dog poop next to my picnic table from either the previous campers or someone’s Wondering dog. I’m not a dog owner so for me it’s a problem especially when I pay a good price for the spot.

We paid for camp sites in Lagoon and after 4 days the bathrooms stopped working. We were told someone was going to fix them on Monday. No one showed up, camp ground was full. One womens bathroom with a full camp ground is Unacceptable. With everyone paying a nightly fee to stay in the campsites there shouldnt be any problem with getting bathrooms fixed and being able to pay for them. I dont know what the governments doing with the money that people are paying to stay in these campsites but theyre not even taking care of the campsites their grass is dead and dry they have stickers and weeds in the campsites and the bathrooms barely work when theyre completely full of people. The bathrooms never got fixed the whole time we were there I was there for a week and a half. The Campos said theyve called several times and they said theyd come out but no one ever showed up.

Great campground....quiet, clean close to river and ocean, but away from OHVs. Bring your kayak Sites were large and fairly private. Nice find!
