Beautiful campground, great host. Only complaint is that the OHVers could be heard racing around the dunes of Oregon National Recreation Area next door.

I have noticed over the years that I see some of the same campers there repeatedly. This leads me to believe that my family and I are not the only ones who plan our excursions around the availability of our favorite sites. It's a little primitive for many people and we like it like that. It's nice to see kids riding their bikes and having good clean fun. If you need to be on your electronic devices you should probably stay closer to Florence since cell service is spotty in the Siltcoos Rec. area.

I go to Lagoon to escape life in the city. It is primitive but clean in a natural way. I just sit on a bench by the lagoon and watch nature for hours at a time. If you need activities and amenities, go somewhere else.

The best thing about the Lagoon Campground is its old-school campground level of service which keeps all the big RV sh*t (full of people expecting hot showers, dump stations and electrical hookups) far away, where they belong. DONT change this. In fact, make things even more primitive and charge less.

We enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Campground. Some of the sites are more private than at some campgrounds due to the vegitation. The bathroom was clean. I did wish they had showers, but that was okay. Overall, very nice.

Beautiful campground with nice campsites. Several of the campsites have direct access to the Lagoon Trail, which is great for bird watching. The camp host was very kind. Unfortunately, you can hear the dune buggies roar all day. Fortunately, they are required to stop at 10:00 p.m., so at least it was quiet at night. Restrooms could use some TLC, including a good cleaning.

The campground was fine, but the view of the lagoon from the trail wasn't great due to high bushes.

We love staying at Lagoon, as always it was clean and very well taken care of. We didnt care for the no water and porta-potty thing, but things do happen and we really enjoyed our stay. We are coming back in August because we love it so much. Cherry Klassen

Secluded and clean campground. We had absolute privacy. Went crabbing at South Jetty Dock while there and scored!!
